7.The Talk

Ahh what an angel she is for real!!
I am completely smitten.
Can you all believe it?!
Me, Shivansh Malhotra the devil of business world who has never been attracted to girls because of my work even after they try so hard is speechless after seeing this beauty in front of my eyes, the beauty I am grateful my parents chose for me!
And the best part is that like other girls she isn't even trying to get my attention.

We were sitting silently or should I say that I was gawking at her and she is nervous because of my stares. Okay enough now lets get to the talk and make her agree to marry me!

Hell yes I am not letting her go!!

"So, How are you?", I initiated the talk.

" Good, how are you?"

"Pretty good, yesterday I got back home from a business tour"

"Oh how was it?"

"It was pretty good, thankfully we bagged the deal", I said with a proud smile on my face.

"Oh thats great, congratulations Mr.Malhotra", she said smiling back but wait... What.. Mr.Malhotra

" Umm, you know you dont have to call me that, call me Shivansh Anya"

Anya her name sounds so good.

She blushed when I called her by her name making me smirk.

"Umm.. Anya you aren't forced for all this right?"

"No, my parents didn't force me, they asked me if I had anyone in life and When I said I dont they asked me if I wanted to go for arranged marriage, so I thought about it and decided that I should opt for it. I feel I am ready. What about you.", she said truthfully.

"Its pretty similar actually, I didn't have anyone in my life and when my mom asked me for arranged marriage I agreed because Even I feel ready for it."

"So did you have any girlfriends before?"

"No I didn't, I was always quite focused in my studies and business so I was never interested in it. Moreover I never really liked the concept if casual dating and one night stands, I mean there are alot of people out there who enjoys these things but I don't. I wanted to save myself for my Wife, and now when I think of all that looking at you, I feel all of it was worth the wait.", I answered truthfully. She was impressed with my answer and was smiling but blushed when I said the last line.

" So what about you? Did you have any boyfriend before, I am pretty sure many boys would have been at back of you."

She laughed and answered," Ya.. They were but I didn't give any attention to them. To be honest, I am an introvert and I overthink alot so whenever they used to approach me I used to feel scared."

"So what else do you like", she asked.

" Umm.. I like travelling alot. It gives me peace.What about you?"

"I love reading fictional romance, have you ever read them?"

"No but my sister does, and after reading every book she tells me its story."

"Oh thats great I wish I had someone like that to share the stories."

"Well now you do", I said with a smirk On my face.

Her face was flushed and she was speechless because of Me!!

" Anya I like you. And I want to give a chance to this marriage.", I said truthfully looking into her eyes.

"I-i..", she stuttered because of nervousness.

" Anya see, no one is gonna pressurized you, this is just my decision, you can take your time. But if you give me a chance I promise you wont regret it, I'll never hurt you and always be by your side, treat you respectfully and I also promise that I'll be a one woman man, I'll never cheat on you.", I said.

She looked a bit convinced and said.

"I'll tell you my answer by tonight."

This made me smile widely.
"Okay take your time. I'll wait for you."

"Okay then I think I have to leave now see you later.", she said.

We both stood up and shook our hands making me feel that spark again.

" Well though I told you before I'll tell you once again, that my name is Shivansh, you know you didn't call me that even once.", I said making her smile.

"Okay then. Goodbye Shivansh"

Hayyyeeee my name sounds so good when she says it.

"Good bye Anya it was really nice meeting you."

She smiled and I asked,
"Should I drop you home."

"Oh no thats fine I brought my car I'll drive myself and go."

"Okay then, see you."

"See you "

She smiled and turned away going towards the exit And I was just looking at her with a smile on my face.

I really hope she agrees for this marriage. I really cant let her go. But for now I guess I'll have to wait till tonight.

I sighed and got up to leave for my home.
