"Wo theek ho jayengi na?" a tear dropped from his eyes, slowly resting at his cheeks.

"Yaar Paapa! This is not the first time, chill."

"Not the first time, lekin tumne dekha tha na, kitni pain mein thin wohh."

"Paapa! My mom is a strong woman!"

Aarav had a small smile on his face, but both of them knew, that his heart too shook in fear.

"Strong hone ka yeh matlab nahi hota ke pain nai hoga, mai toh imagine bhi nai kar sakta hai... Kese.... ". Another few tears made their way down the face.

"Yaar Paapa!" dropping down the facade, the boy of fourteen, now stretched his arms to hug his father, Viaan : His batman.

No matter what, it was always easy for them to slip out their inner secrets to each other. It was hard to believe how they had bonded so instantly, just like missing puzzel peices, a found family waiting to be together for a forever.

Finding comfort in the side embrace they shared on the bench, in the hospital, outside a V.I.P ward, which was booked by Viaan because of the critical condition his wife had been, they almost didn't care of anyone walking around. Viaan had been pleading to the doctors to do the best they could, because he was ready to pay them any amount in the world, for her , his family and their health.

A nurse coughed for their attention, but they remained unfazed, silently praying for the main woman in their family, until now.

"Hello drama! Beti hui haiii!"

The father son duo jumped on their seats.

" BETI! "

" BETI! "

They had screamed together, carbon copied of each other. Like always.

"Yes! and congratulations." she smiled, as she felt pure happiness and joy radiating from the pair standing front of her.

Viaan stood frozen, his hands cupped together now covering his open mouth, as he looked here and there trying to make sense, if this was a dream, meanwhile Aarav was busy shaking his body in his happy dance, screaming 'yes' as he jumped around, punching elbows downwards.

Suddenly shaking out of his faze, he uttered "Katha? My wife! Katha! "
Worry edging his face, he moved forward towards the nurse.

"She is fine, exhausted though!- "
Before she could complete, Viaan had rushed to push away the door, to enter the room,she had been treated in . "unnn - uhh! You need to wait, untill she gets cleaned up. Calm down Mr Raghuwanshi. "

"That's something batwoman calls him. ONLY HER. " Aarav shrugged.

"Okay, a new Big brother! just give her 10 minutes. " shaking her head she strolled away.

"Does this mean all the sleepless nights, mood swings, nausea, had led us to something worth thisssss much."

"Yes! but the list may not end here, what if her sleep schedule is - "

"Shh...don't give her ideas!"

"She is your child, of course she is- "

"Correction: she is ours!"

"Yes."

"O my good, I still cant believe it!" he wisper screamed. "This feels soooo sooo soooo overwhelming, I feel like I have become the king of this world. " Katha nodded, with teary eyes, which weren't ready to stop the flow of tears no one wished to hide or wipe away. It was a pure delight to watch her adorable overwhelmed husband doted on their daughter, the newest member of their family: she definitely would be everyone's favourite from now on.

"Dekho na kitniiii cuteeee hai yehhhh awwwwww... " he looked at his wife and shared a secret "yeh tohh Shruti ki magic se bhi zyada pyaari hai ! "

"Hawwwww Viaaan! " She had laughed, again. Like she did, since Viaan had entered their lives.

"Kyaaa! dekhlenaa, wo bhi agree karegi. My princess isss the mossstt beautiful one. "

"Just like her Paapa" chuckling, she reached out to pinch his cheeks.

"Dekho na, kitni choti si nose hay iski" he trailed his finger on the little face, and the baby as if on cue lifted the corner of her lips. "itne chotay chotay haath! Katha, she is soooo cute." he softly kissed her little hands, chuckling to himself.

The baby had landed in her safe place, as soon as she entered this world.

Katha glanced to the other side where Aarav was asleep, curled up into the minimum space he could get, hugging her. He had been up all night when she was in labour and after they had entered the room, he had been running around in circles of her bed, like he had won the biggest lottery. His baby sister was finally here. And now he lay asleep tired, which gave the couple some moments to spend with each other.

Laying the little one back to her crib, he pulled a chair closer to her bed.

"How are you Katha? How are you feeling?"

"I'm..... " she pretended to think "I am tired, thats the first thing that comes to my mind...m but Im soooo excited!"
her eyes were swollen, sleep deprived, tired but it were shining, like jugnoos in the dark.

The couple looked at each other, imagining their life, with the new addition of their daughter, a life no less than a dream.

They had been truly blessed : with eachother, their found families.

Life before two three years, they stood alone, stressed about life at current and of future. But now they weren't alone any more. Not that worries, problems had been ceased, just that they had each other to lean on, to share the pain and happiness with, to look out to each other, heal each other, deal with life together, as a strong unit. A powerful unit. A family.

Placing a soft kiss on her forehead, he wiped her tears, simultaneously as she did.

"Sleep." His hands now travelled to her hair, that had been slightly messed up, he massaged her scalp trying to lull her to sleep.
Sleep came easy to her, but they never realised when he too had rested his head near her pillow and was asleep, with a hand resting on the crib, placed near the bed.

They made a perfect picture, of togetherness, peace and love.

The same hospital that once invoked sadness, hopelessness, now was a reason of bliss, adding a new hope to their lives.
