You had been the lover of Portgas D. Ace for 2 years now. You were absolutely in love with the man. I mean, how couldn't you be? He was flawless, inside and out. Her charming personality, his goofiness, that laugh, that smile, how he genuinely cares, and I mean like...have you seen anyone more attractive? I think not. Your parents were killed when you were younger, and you had never trusted or opened up to anyone until you met Ace. You were the first person to be told his whole story. You even knew about his parents. When he told you, he expected you to leave. But his blood didn't matter to you, you loved him for him. Every night, when he thought you were asleep , he would cry, calling himself a monster. And when he knew you were awake, he expressed how you should just leave because he didn't deserve your love and that he had the blood of a demon.
This time however, you had enough of it.
"You should just leave-!" He started.
He was cut off, however, when you slapped him across the face. You pushed him down on the bed and laid on top of him, crying into his chest. " You idiot! I'll never leave you! Ever! Why don't you get that!" You yelled, and in return to your sobbing face, he was in shock. "Why..." He muttered. "Because I love you! You aren't a monster! You're my hero...you're my only hope. You're Portgas D. Ace! The man I'm so in love with! So please....stop this." You cried as he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you close as his tears started to fall. "Don't leave...Y/N..please..." He cried. "Where would I go? The only home I have is with you." You muttered, still crying. "I just don't get it..." He replied. "How must I prove it to you?" You asked. He looked up at you and cringed. Nothing hurt him more than seeing you hurt. You grabbed his curly locks with your hand, bring his face to yours as you put your other hand on his cheek, stroking it. Pressing your lips against his, you both felt all your pain go away. "I love you, Ace. Forever?" You whispered. He cried into your chest, holding you close,
"Forever." He whispered.
