Yns pov
It's Valentine's Day today. I made Al something. It's a painting of us and all of our friends insert of the hotel smiling together. I framed it and wrapped the present with pink wrapping paper with little heart I draw on it. And I woke up really early to make strawberry heart pancakes for breakfast.
"Morning Yn!" Charlie says waving at me from the cut out window in the kitchen. And smiles and sets a present on the table.
"Good morning Charlie. Who's that for?" I ask while flipping a pancake and turning to the princess. She smiles and pushes it towards me.
"It's for you! I got presents for everyone in the hotel!" She says her arms flying up in joy. "Go on open it!" She says while pushing the present close to me. It's red with white heart and bows on it. I open the box to see a framed photograph of the day I first came to the hotel. 4 years ago. I hug it close to my heart. This is probably my favorite photo of all time.
"Do you like it?" She asks while walking up to me. I place the gift down and hug her tightly.
"Yes I love it! It's so pretty!" I say embracing the small girl while she giggles. I love Charlie she's so sweet. I love the fact she doesn't care what you did in your life or in hell she just... helped.
"I'm glad you do! What did you get for Al?" She asks with wonder in her eyes. While sits back down and swirls her juice around in her mug and takes a sip.
"I made him a painting of us in front of the hotel! I framed it and everything it's hidden somewhere safe so he doesn't find it." I say whispering into her ears while her little nose wiggles and her eyes grow bigger in joy.
"That's perfect! Alastors gonna love it! Especially if you made it!" She says spinning around while Angel walks down stairs rubbing his eyes.
"Good morning y'all's. Happy Valentine's Day." He says while fixing his hair. "Does anyone wanna make some pastries?" He asks while he grabs ingredients for croissants.
"Sure I'll help!" I say while getting peaches from the fridge to make peach jam and sweet butter. (If you haven't tried sweet butter with peach jam and croissants ur missing out big time)
"What's the peaches for?" Charlie asks while raising her thin brow. I've been craving peaches for a bit so this while definitely scratch that itch. Angel knows to. I think him and Al have gone to the store for peaches like four times this week.
"Well yns been craving peaches like crazy so I'm suspecting that she's making peach jam and sweet butter." Angel says while making the dough.
"Spot on Angel!" I say while peeling the peaches while Vaggie walks into the room sitting next to Charlie and kissing her cheek.
"Happy Valentine's Day hun." She says while sipping her own coffee while Charlie blushes.
"Awww your guys are so sweet!" Angel and I say and go back to our baking while I feel someone wrap their arms around my waist.
"Happy Valentine's Day dear~" I hear Alastor say in a sing song voice. "And you too my little fawn." He says while tickling my stomach lightly.
"Happy Valentine's Day hun." I say while leaning my head back to kiss his neck. He blushes bright red while I go back to making jam stirring the pot while Angel shapes the croissants.
"Agh stop it!" Alastor says while stamping his foot and his face is still red. "You make me blush all the time!" He says tickling my sides again. Making me giggles.
"Move your tush sugar. I gotta put the croissants." He says nudging me a bit. I move out of the way while he puts out heart shaped pastries in the oven. After he wipes his hands on his apron and goes to wash his hands.
"Oh! Alastor I have a present for you! Wait here." I say while running out of his hands to get his gift. When I walk back down the stairs holding his gift in my hands he sits down on a velvet love seat as I sit down next to him. "Go on open it!" I say swinging my feet. He rips open the wrapping paper and gasps when he holds it up to his face seeing all of the details.
"Dear this is great! I didn't know you do such art like this! Thank you sunshine!" he says setting down the painting to embrace me lovingly. The timer for the croissants ring and Angel runs to get them to cool.
"Yn that's amazing!"
"It's beautiful sugar!"
"Aww so sweet!"
"We're all in there!"
I giggle at the complements while Alastor examines the painting closer. Seeing all the details he seems very impressed. Everyone is gathered around us now while Alastor holds me close.
"I love it dear." He says kissing my lips lightly and cheerfully while everyone aws loudly. "Go get the pastries Angel I think they should be cool now!" Angel rushes to bring them out on three plates along with the sweetened butter and peach jam...
Alastors pov
I sit there looking at the painting Yn made. It's breathtakingly beautiful. I knew she could draw but I didn't know on this scale and this well. I look over to her eating her croissant laughing while everyone.
"Everyone I have an idea! In a few weeks I'll be able to know the gender of our baby and I would like to know what everyone thinks it should be!" Yn says while she takes out a piece of paper. "First Al?"
"Girl."
"Angel?"
"Girl."
"Husker?"
"Boy."
"Vaggie?"
"Girl."
"Charlie?"
"Boy."
"Nifty?"
"Boy."
"Okay it's half and half." She says while writing it down and putting it in her pocket. I really can't wait until we find out. I think having a daughter would be amazing! I've always wanted to have children I've just never really found the right person yet. I look in aw at Yn smiling and I rethink our first date mostly before that. When she beat up one of the largest overlords. I rethink everything and then remember about those X's on her skin. I wonder what they mean.
"Okay so how many months until we are aloud to have a gender reveal party?" Charlie says while rubbing her hands together all ready to decorate for a new baby.
"Like 2 so hold your horses Charlie!" Yn laughs while placing a hand on my shoulder while I laugh with her. Charlie loves party's like celebrating things for absolutely anything. But now she has an excuse to throw party's left and right. I wonder what our child will be like? Do you think they should be just like Yn? I hope so I want them to be just like her. She's absolutely perfect...
