I have my first appointment for the baby today. My parents are watching Abigail while me and Alastor go to the doctors. I put on a white sweater and a red skirt. Fixing my hair Alastor fixes his tie in the mirror. I stand up quickly slipping a pair of heels on as Alastor grabs my waist.

"Are you ready my sunshine?" He asks as I quickly nod excitedly. He chuckles and opens the door for me. We decided to walk because we haven't been out lately. Opening the door to the doctor's office we step over to the receptionist who is quaking in fear.

"H-hello Miss. how may I help you?" She asks taking a pen in her hand still shaking. I glance to Alastor as we smile.

"I'm here for a doctor's appointment for our new baby." I say as the nurse shakily writes the words out on a piece of paper. She then passes the paper for me to sign. Writing my name in curly letters I pass it back to the lady who motions for us to sit down. Her eyes never leave me in fear. I feel their presence.

"Do you think this one's a boy or a girl?" Alastor asks me. I place my hand on my slightly raised stomach.

"I think it a boy." I say as Alastor nods in agreement. Angel is so convinced that it's twins because my stomach is a bit bigger than I was with Abigail who's still a year old. The nurse waves us into the room and we follow her to the doctor.

"Hello Miss Ln." She says putting her gloves on. I sit down on the little chair thing and Alastor stands next to me holding my hand.

"Welp I guess I'm back here already." I say causing her to chuckle. She was the doctor who did all of my appointments for Abigail and I thought it would be a bit longer until I came back but here I am.

"So we're doing an ultrasound for the little peanut." She says spinning in her chair and grabs the ultrasound gel. I roll my sweater up so she can begin. When she puts the cold gel on my stomach she places the wand of the machine on top of it. While she looks to find the 3 month old baby a look at Alastor laughing. He thinks it so funny when I feel something cold because my face goes white.

"Is that the baby?" I ask pointing to a little bean shaped dot in the ultrasound screen showed in black and white. I furrow my brow as I see something else.

"That's one of them." She says as my eyes widen and I turn to Alastor who's stunned. I open my mouth a bit looking at the screen and lo and behold there's two little baby's there.

"Angel was right." Alastor says as I nod looking at the baby's. The doctor points to the screen to point out the different parts of the baby body and all. Like their arms and legs all that stuff. When she's finished she prints the photos of the baby's and me and Alastor walk outside with our eyes still wide.

"There is two baby's right there? The size of two lemons. That's crazy." I say looking at the photos closely. "Holy shit Angel was really right." I say walking into the palace. My parents are leaving today so I stuff the pictures into my pockets to show them. Abigail's by the door with my mom and dad. Abi runs to us and hugs my legs.

"Momma! Daddy!" She squeals as Alastor picks her up in his arms. It's going to be her birthday soon so she's been very excited and happy to be two.

"We have to go pumpkin but we'll come down soon for Abi's birthday party and all." My dad says kissing my forehead as I grasp the photo.

"Mom? Dad? I have something to show you really quick." I say pulling the paper out to show my parents. My mom takes it and puts her hand over her mouth when she sees.

"Two little ones?!?" She gasps handing the picture back to me and embraces me in a warm hug.

"I WAS RIGHT!!!" Angel says behind me causing me to jump out of my mother's hands. Angel holds the picture to his eyes and then shows Husk.

"Oh holy fuck." He says jumping a bit at the realization. He takes the photo and looks at it closely as well.

"Fuck!" A little voice says. We all turn to Abigail as she smiles. "Fuck!" She says again. My eyes widen and then u start laughing taking Abi away from Alastors hands.

"No we don't say that word hunnie." I say booping her nose causing a giggle to come from her chubby face. I walk Abigail to her room and show her the picture.

"Is that the raspberry?" She asks pointing her tiny finger to the photo. I laugh a bit at my daughter's reaction and response.

"Yes but look there's two baby's. You're gonna have two little siblings. Isn't that exciting?" I ask. Abigail nods her head furiously and joyfully.

"Yes yes momma. I gonna have two babies two babies!" She says holding up the number two with her fingers. I lay her down in her bed for her nap.

"Okay we can talk more about your two babies later but now you have to sleep. Good night hunnie." I say kissing her forehead making her laugh a bit.

"Night night. When am I gonna get my two babies?" She asks with a glimmer of light and hope in her eyes.

"Soon hun. Very soon..."
