There were many who wanted tanjiro but couldn't or they would face the consequences.

Tanjiro has woken to the sun hitting his face. "Huh...I swear I was just outside" tanjiro said to nobody in particular, he started to get off the bed slowly but surely enough; was off.
He looked around the room and realized he was back in the infirmary room, "oh... I don't feel like being here anymore" tanjiro said to himself remembering about what Muichiro did. Walking as fast and as slow as he can to the door just to realize that there might be guards outside his room, as tanjiro was walking back to the bed he heard familiar voices outside the room... "yes you can come inside to see tanjiro" the familiar voice said.
Fast and quietly as he can, he went back on the bed and pretended to sleep as the door opened revealing shinobu and muichiro. "Oh he's still asleep I guess" shinobu said in a half whisper voice to muichiro , "oh... maybe we should just go back" muichiro said while putting something beside tanjiro bed. While both talking in a half whisper voice to each other about tanjiro, he slowly opened one eye to see if they were leaving and as a matter a fact they were.
After they left the room
'I don't even feel comfortable in the palace anymore' tanjiro thought with a sad face, he started getting off the bed walking towards the door but hears walking again. 'Ugh not again' tanjiro thought, but before he could go back to the bed Muichiro opened the door, "t-tanjiro you're awake!" Muichiro says while hugging tanjiro "I'm so sorry tanjiro I didn't mean it at all!" muichiro said while tanjiro tried to escape his hug. "Oh dear tanjiro would you ever forgive me or I will continue feeling this guilt?" muichiro pleaded; letting go of tanjiro at that moment. Tanjiro was to shocked to say anything as he never planned on whether to forgive muichiro or not, "oh please tanjiro respond to me!" Muichiro begs again while holding both of tanjiro hands. Tanjiro being the kind and pure person he is couldn't resist to just forgive muichiro 'but no he hurt you!' tanjiro thought 'but he loves you!' Tanjiro though again before tears welled up in his eyes.
"Oh tanjiro, my dear why are you crying?" Muichiro says while wiping tanjiro's tears away "I'm sorry I guess I just realized how much you I miss you!" Tanjiro says while turning red from admitting that "so you forgive me my precious tanjiro?" Muichiro ask "yes, yes I do muichiro" tanjiro says; giving muichiro a hug.
(I should've never wrote that attack part because of that I don't even know what to write without making tanjiro escape all the time!)
Timeskip to a week later
A week later muichiro and tanjiro started to reform their relationship but as of somebody was just not enjoying it..... so he made one plan that might work.

As tanjiro was walking around the palace he saw somebody he recognized since his childhood. "ZENITSU!!" Tanjiro says while running up to zenitsu to hug him,
"Woah hey tanjiro" zenitsu says while on the ground after the impact of the hug
"I missed you so much" tanjiro says honestly, "what are you doing here" tanjiro also asked curiously. "Oh I work here now" zenitsu says a little to excitedly "oh but I thought muichiro didn't like you" tanjiro asked in a confused tone "eh it doesn't matter" tanjiro say out loud and starts walking to the kitchen.
'Ugh even if he's in my presence he still talks about muichiro' zenitsu thinks while starting to get an annoyed expression, "Tanjiro wait up!" Zenitsu shouts while running to tanjiro.
Time-skip to a few hours later (btw muichiro hired zenitsu because he was forced to by tanjiro and tanjiro didn't believe he would actually hire him so that's why tanjiro was surprised when zenitsu was there)
"Tanjiro, muichiro has called you to the bedroom" Giyuu says to tanjiro, "oh alright" tanjiro says in a half cheerful tone. Tanjiro then starts walking from the living room to their bedroom on the 2nd floor (after tanjiro made it) "hey muichiro"-tanjiro. "Even though that boy is here don't talk to him" muichiro says in a angry like tone "come on, you can't be serious right now" tanjiro says while crossing his arms "yes I am"-muichiro. "Come on you seriously can't be jealous of my friend" tanjiro says raising his eyebrow, "I'm not he just gives me a weird vibe" muichiro says, he then sighs "just be careful around him, alright?" Muichiro says looking straight in tanjiro's eyes "ok I understand" tanjiro says while not trying to get upset. "I'm just going to go back to the kitchen for a while" tanjiro says while opening the door "mhm"-muichiro. Tanjiro leaves the room and closes the door and starts walking downstairs to hear chatter even though the chefs and maids/butlers were on their break and guards were to patrol outside. 'I'm just gonna go check it out' tanjiro thinks (btw the maids/butlers and chef have a break room and in the break room they have a bathroom bed and kitchen in there so yeah) tanjiro starts walking faster to hear it from the kitchen 'oh that sounds a lot like zenitsu' tanjiro thinks, as tanjiro gets closer he feels like someone is watching him, he then turns back to see.... Nobody 'well that's strange' tanjiro thinks to himself he is then about to turn the corner to go inside the kitchen when something is placed against his nose "MHMHPPPM" tanjiro tries to scream but it's muffled "lets hope that we get good money from this" a unfamiliar voice says as tanjiro starts to pass out.

Sorry for leaving you guys on a cliffhanger I just wanted to post faster and anyways school is really stressful and I'm definitely gonna run out of ideas after the kidnapping, anyways I'm not gonna spoil anything even though it's quite obvious of what's gonna happen but anyways have a good day/night!)
