Elbore's POV

Three days.

Three days went since I saw Harry, a curly hair or a gold eyes. He totaly disapeared from my life as he said, unfortunetly. The fact that he didn't love me was real and it broke me ...

Thesse days when I didn't see him were spent by lessons of English and History from my boring teachers, and in my free time I was just reading or sewing. I still didn't forget Sir Paynewhat he has done was just horrible even if Harry is an enemy.

In this moment, I was in my room reading a book talking about the art of war. Tactics, strategems, or fighting stance, everything was here.I didn't know in what would this help me, but if a feasible attack of vampires, arrived, I woud be a little bit ready.

When Elissa entered in my roomand saw me reading this, she took it sharply from my hands and threw it on the ground. I gave her a killing look before getting of my chair dusting my dress.

"Miss, you that this isn't clean for a princess, so I will force you to not read that nefarious book."

"In contrary, it is my duty to know those differentmanevers of war, so I could at least know how to protect my kingdom."

"Like if you are going to fight next the solders! No, you will stay in you room and wait that the pain will pass."

"And let the innocet die! Whereas I can defend some people! I won't support it!"

"You could die!"

"So I will be died for my country."

"Good, so I'll have to put guards here so they will keep you here."

I sighed resignation, seeing that there's nothing to do. But I didn't say my last word and I hoped finding a plan so I can escape during the attack.

"Anyway, for now you have to go in gardens, Sir Payne is waiting for you to talk to you."

"Yes, of course."

Of course he ended by sending to search for me! Pff, like if he cares about me!

I got down the stairs and arrived in the hall of the entrance. I got out by the door in my right, which took me in a driveway of little stones.

My husband was waiting for me, sitting on benck of wood. He pinched his hands nevously, and his eyes were pensive. I got ext to him slowly, and this one raised his head while I walked on a branche which got broken.

"Ah, Elbore, you came!"

"Yes, as it was Elissa who asked me to, I have to keep good figure so they won't suspect us."

"What suspicions? Tha fact that we are huffy? They could know, it arrive to all the couples."

"A week after the mariage? It will chock me!"

"Listen, if I made Harry fall from the balcony, it was for our good. He could hurt us ..."

"He will never do that to me."

"Good, tell me, Why did you stay the last three days in your room?"

"Because I was tired and didn't have anything else to do."

"Don'tlie to me, I know that there was an accident with Harry, so really, he would never hurt you? Maybe not physiclly but morlly, maybe!"

"Anyway, what would it do to you ?"

"You are still my wife, and I care abou you despite your contradictory thoughts."

"I just don't know what to think.""Harry pushes me constatly then come back to me. I don't know what does that mean;"

I couldn't believe that I was in that moment confessing myself to Sir Payne. But well, we have to believe that the unimaginable things could really happen.

"What do you think, you?"

"I don't know, surely that he only serve him fun and that he come back when he's bored."

"Why would he do that?"

"Because he is a vampire and they are a diabolic creatures."

"Don't you think that there is exceptions in this race?"

"Why, do you believe that?"

"Maybe yes, maybe not. It depends from which point of view we see it."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that you specify the act of Harry from the fact  that he is using you, but we can also see it from an other side."

"And what is it, that side?"

"So you really didn't get it?"

"It seems not!" I started getting mad.

"Be calm please! Ithink that Harry loves you."

I stayed speachless in front f this and my brain got confuse.

"Why are saying that?"

"Think a little! There is a lot of prouffs : first, when he looks at you, his eyes are full of hapiness and shine. The the way that he acts with you sometimes, I mean soft and kind, make me curious. And, as you say, he don't stop coming back to you, like if he can't get enough from you."

Indeed, now that he explained to me everything took sense in my eyes. Was there a tiny possibility that my feelings were share?
