Chapter twelve

John b and Sarah had left the chateau a few hours ago. Kie had sent Gigi to rest in the spare room. The group were sat around a small fire. They all had beers in their hands. There wasn't much discussion. They were slightly torn. John b knew that he would hurt them by trying to add Sarah to the family well mainly kie and Gigi.
Kie and Gigi used to be friends really good friends with Sarah they did everything together. Sleepovers at Sarah's big house. They even when out on her yacht with her family. Kie had no problem being around Gigi although at that point Gigi's parents had started losing there company and there money was dropping but kie saw passed all that she loved her friend and she didn't care life she was kook or pogues. But Sarah did. She had a role to play the Cameron's perfect daughter the richest of all kooks and she couldn't be seen with someone who was slowly slipping into debt. It was the month after Gigi's family had to move on to the cut because they hadn't got enough money to keep the house they lived in on figure 8. Sarah had been asked a few times why she hung out the the girl and before she knew it Gigi had shown her pogue friends kie and they really liked her. In Sarah's eyes she couldn't deal with being left out she need to stop the friendship before she got left. In reality that was never going to happen but Sarah was scared. And later that week she blanked kie and Gigi with no reason nothing. And the girls had never heard or spoken with each other's since.
"Well.." pope started. He wasn't to sure about having Sarah in on their think it was uncomfortable for him. He was fine with his family. He had his brothers and the girls well. Gigi was one of his closest friends. They weren't to sure about each other in the beginning. She was too kooky for him but the pair soon jelled.
"Well.." jj repeated popes word. He was uncomfortable not that John b wanted his girl to join the family it was just the arguments that he know would follow. He new the girls past with Sarah's and he would be pissed if someone had done that to him but he wasn't sure if I could deal with the fighting.
"Well.." kie had to say something she had been sat there in silence for to long. Kie was so against Sarah joining her family. She had everything she wanted. A best friend, Gigi. Two funny brothers and pope. Who she had grown fond of over the past year. The pair had grown closer a more then friends vibe had blossomed between them. Pope comforted her after a fight with her parents and she had comforted him after his dad had yelled at him for not helping out enough.
"Well.." Gigi said as everyone's heads snapped to her. She was standing in the door way with a radio and a beer.
"What are you doing up" kie questioned
"Kie you sound like my mother" the girl smiled. As the rest of them laughed.
The girl walked down to the group and sat next to kie in the large sofa chair thing. She switched on the radio and music softly filled the air. It was moments like this that showed that jj was right about Gigi being the centre of the pogues she hadn't even been out with them but she knew now they were feeling and she new that some gentle music would help them. The girl giggled as a slow song came on. She grabbed kie's hand and pulled her up. They two got into the basic position of a slow dance and started to dance slowly. The boys started laughing at the pair.
"Come on boys join in" Gigi laughed. As jj got up and grabbed popes hand pulling him into the same position the girls were in and started dragging him around. They danced for a bit longer until kie spun Gigi over to jj and jj spun pope over to kie.
"Hey" Gigi said softly. Looking at Jj's eyes as the danced.
"Hey." He smiled back before starting again. "I'm so sorry about the letters I should have just stoped and respected that you didn't want to tell me and.." jj stopped when he self Gigi's head on his shoulder.
"It's fine. I forgive you. You didn't know" Gigi whispered. Jj sighed in relief moving his hands moved to Gigi's lower back and Gigi moved her hands around the back of his neck. They both swayed gently to the music.
"I think pope and kie should get together" Gigi laughed softly. Jj looked over to the other pair. They were dancing and giggling like little school girls. The brightest smiled on there faces.
"They are perfect for each other. Popes just a bit shy" jj laughed leaning his head on top of Gigi's. Jj felt safe and he could let Gigi did to. Jj was never into the cuddles and cute relationship thing. His last few relationships were very much fake. Both sides cheating on each other. Nothing like this had ever crossed his mind when he was in those relationships. That the could be anything other than just sex. He had never really seen his mother and father love each other so love was difficult for jj but it just felt natural with Gigi.
Soon the song came to an end. Pope and kie split apart. Sitting next to each other.
"Come one love birds song over" pope shouted. Jj just flipped him off. Gigi pulled away from jj. It was strange though because both of them want to stay like that for ever.
Jj sat down on the wooden chair and Gigi sat on the floor in front of him resting her back againsts his legs.
"How are we all feeling after our dances" Gigi asked smiling like a baby that had just been given all the candy in the world.
"Great" kie smiled back at her.
A few hours and everyone was drunk the girls had managed to get pope drunk and the music was still playing everyone was laughing and messing around until the Twinkie pulled up.
