After capturing the giantess, Sunny and Hitch continued their date and decided to go to an amusement park. Meanwhile, Primrose was plotting her revenge against Sunny for stealing Hitch from her. In her mind, she decided to cast a mind-control spell on Hitch to make him hers. To do so, she needed to find a spell book, so she went to the Bridlewood Library.
Back with Sunny and Hitch, Sunny asked if they could ride the roller coaster, but Hitch declined, saying that the ride was too long and fast for them. He was worried about her safety. Hitch suggested they ride the teacups instead, and Sunny agreed. During the ride, Sunny started to feel dizzy and snuggled up to Hitch. He reassured her and after the ride, they decided to ride the Ferris wheel.
Suddenly, someone froze the Ferris wheel using magic. It turned out to be Primrose. Sunny used her magic to unfreeze the Ferris wheel and free the other ponies. She and Hitch confronted Primrose, who immediately used a mind-control spell on Hitch. Sunny panicked and demanded to know what Primrose had done. Primrose revealed that she had cast a mind-control spell on Hitch to make him love her and ditch Sunny. Sunny pleaded with Primrose to leave her and her boyfriend alone, but Primrose insisted that Hitch was now hers.
Sunny shot a beam at Primrose, angering Hitch. He summoned a cactus to attack Sunny, followed by a Rafflesia plant to make her smell bad. Hitch then summoned a large vine to hit her repeatedly. Despite this, Sunny refused to fight, but Hitch continued to attack her using vines. Sunny cried out that she had no choice but to fight back and cast a crystallization spell on Hitch to immobilize him. Primrose then created a giant hammer to smash Sunny, but Sunny used telekinesis to pull her hair and hit her on the ground.
Primrose retaliated by creating hands out of telekinetic constructs to pull Sunny's wings. Sunny set Primrose on fire, causing her to flee. Sunny then freed Hitch from the crystallization spell and cast a spell to restore his memories. She explained what Primrose had done, and Hitch apologized for hurting her. They kissed and nuzzled each other before going home.
