It was a bright morning in Maretime Bay when Sunny Starscout awoke to an unusual warmth emanating from her belly. She sat up, glancing down as a soft glow radiated from within her. Excitement and curiosity washed over her. “Hitch!” she called out, her voice barely containing the wonder. “Come look at this!”

Hitch, her beloved husband, rushed into the room, eyes widening at the sight. “Sunny, what’s happening?”

“I don’t know, but I feel like something magical is about to happen,” she said, feeling the glow pulse rhythmically.

As if in response to her words, the glow intensified, illuminating the room. Sunny and Hitch quickly made their way outside, where the light grew brighter, guiding them to an open field. To their astonishment, a magnificent castle began to materialize, rising from the ground as if conjured from a dream.

“Sunny, this is incredible!” Hitch exclaimed, glancing around in awe. The castle, with its shimmering towers and sparkling spires, felt alive with magic.

As the townsponies gathered, they fell to their knees, gazing at Sunny with admiration. “You must be our queen!” one of them declared. The others nodded in agreement, their voices echoing the sentiment.

“Me? A queen?” Sunny gasped, glancing at Hitch, who gave her a reassuring smile.

“You were destined for greatness, Sunny,” he said, placing a hoof on her shoulder. “We’ll face this together.”

A few days later, the castle buzzed with activity as preparations began for Sunny’s coronation. However, with her pregnancy progressing, Sunny felt more exhausted than ever. The demands of being a queen weighed heavily on her.

Finally, the day arrived for her coronation. As Sunny stood before the gathered ponies, adorned in a simple yet elegant crown, she felt the weight of responsibility settle on her shoulders. She vowed to serve her new kingdom with kindness and strength.

But shortly after the ceremony, the glow from her belly intensified again, signaling that the time had come for her to give birth. With Hitch by her side, Sunny was led to the castle’s birthing chamber. The pain surged through her body as she lay on the soft bed, her breath quickening.

“It’s okay, Sunny. You’re strong. Just breathe,” Hitch encouraged, holding her hoof tightly.

“I’m trying,” Sunny panted, feeling the contractions intensify. “But it hurts so much!”

As she pushed through the pain, the room filled with a magical light. Moments later, the cries of a newborn echoed through the chamber. A wave of relief washed over Sunny as the doctor placed her baby into her hooves.

“It’s a girl! Congratulations, Sunny!” the doctor exclaimed, beaming.

Sunny looked down, tears of joy streaming down her face as she cradled her daughter. “Hello, my sweet Nebula Stardust,” she whispered lovingly, her heart swelling with affection. The little filly’s coat sparkled as if dusted with starlight, perfectly named for the wonder she embodied.

Hitch leaned in closer, his eyes shining with pride and love. “She’s beautiful, Sunny. Just like you.”

Sunny smiled through her tears, overwhelmed with joy. “Welcome to the world, Nebula. You’re going to shine so brightly,” she murmured, kissing her baby’s forehead tenderly.

As they embraced their new family, Sunny knew that together with Hitch and their little Nebula, they were ready to face any challenge that came their way, their hearts full of love and magic.
