College time continues-

"How do you know Jungkook? When did you became his friend?" Jimin asked Taehyung. All of them were in the cafeteria. They got their milkshakes.

So Jimin finally decided to ask what he wanted to ask. Tae looked up at Jimin. " Um. It's nothing much. I- we met some days ago. And after talking a few days we became friends." Tae hoped that they would believe him. He hided the kiss.

"Then why didn't you tell us?" Jimin again asked. "I forgot to tell you." Tae said immediately. As if he wanted to skip the topic. So Jimin didn't asked further.

Jin looked at him then to his milkshake.

Taehyung was happy that now he could talk with Jungkook. Jungkook said they were friends in front of them. Well... Friends?!
Then what about the kiss?! Taehyung could still feel the thin lips on his. He blushed and nuzzled his face in the pillows.

He was thinking all this at 3 am. Jungkook had become a major subject to his life suddenly. He again thought about his college. Now he remembered another person. Jin.

He was again feeling guilty. But when he thought about Jungkook's smile, his guilt faded away.

"Ah! Taehyung sleep now. Do you want to look like a ghost tomorrow and scared Jungkook? No. Now sleep." Taehyung scolded himself.

And the next time he opened his eyes it was bright outside. He quickly freshened himself and got ready for his college. All that time a smile was there on his face.

"Finally my friend abandoned me." Jimin said dramatically. Tae shook his head. "Jiminie I told you that's it."

"Liar. You didn't tell me anything about Jungkook. I told you everything. You betrayed me." Jimin again whined and fake sobbed.

"Jimin now stop. People will think that we're in relationship and I cheated on you." A done faced Soobin was listening to them without saying anything. It's a common sight in their friendship.

"Then tell me the whole story." Jimin demanded. Soobin also became interested now.

Taehyung sighed. He have to tell them now. "The day when I bumped with Jin. When we were going back to class remember I went to the restroom?" Jimin and soobin nodded.

"At that time I first time talked with Jungkook. After that bmwe talked some more time. So he just casually said we're friends. Nothing more." Taehyung was not going to tell them about that kiss they shared.

"Nothing more.. Are you saying the truth?" Jimin questioned pointing his finger toward Taehyung. Soobin also looked at him narrowing his eyes.

"Believe me. That's it. Now let's go." Taehyung apologized to them internally for not saying the entire. But right now he didn't want to tell them.

"If you say so." Soobin said and they started to go.

They came to the cafeteria and Taehyung saw that Jungkook was leaving the cafeteria with his friends. He ran to them. He so excited to talk to him that he didn't notice someone was calling him.

" Taehy...ung." Jin was coming to Taehyung waving his hand. He called but the man was already running to someone else. He put his hand down.

Jimin and Soobin looked at him and Tae. They saw that the bright smile on Jin's face faded. "Hey! Hyung. You know I was going to come to you." Soobin said to divert their attention.

  " Okay then let's go. Sit there." He said and went to sit on a table. Jimin and Soobin followed him.

On the other hand, Taehyung went to Jungkook. "Hi." Taehyung waved his hand at Jungkook. He didn't forget to give his boxy smile.

"Oh. Hi Taehyung." Jungkook returned the smile. "Are you leaving already?" Taehyung asked eying Hoseok and Namjoon who were stopped in their track as Jungkook stopped to talk to him.

" Yeah. We're going. We will talk next time. Bye." Jungkook waved and went from there with his friends.

" Yeah... Bye." Taehyung also waved back but Jungkook was gone. His smile turned to a sad pout.

He then returned to his friends. " Looking like someone's friend didn't feel exited to talk to him like him." Soobin said sipping his drink. For which Jimin elbowed him.

Jin was observing them with a small smile. He was shaking his drink but not drinking it. " Oh. Where did I get stuck. I was better in those back days. Now here everyday witness a new drama." Yoongi whispered irritatingly just to be heard for him and Jin.
Jin sighed.

......( Back to present)

"Hey where are you now?" Jungkook asked on the phone.

"I'm coming. Just two minutes away. Wait for sometime." The sweet voice said.

"Okay my love. Don't go anywhere. Come to the VIP room I booked for us, Tae." Jungkook said.

" Okay. Wait."Tae said and cut the call.

He finally reached their went to the direction Jungkook told him. He was amused to see the decorations. It was so romantic. Then he spotted Jungkook standing with a cake.

Jungkook came to him holding the cake. "happy birthday my love." Taehyung give his boxy smile which Jungkook returned with his bunny smile.  

"Thank you so much Kook." He then cut the cake. He gave the first bite to Jungkook. Jungkook put the cake on the table and hugged him.

Taehyung hugged back. He then felt a metal on his neck. He pulled away from the hug and saw a beautiful necklace. He touched it with adoration.

"You like it?" Jungkook asked making Taehyung lift up his gaze to him. "of course I like it. I love it. I love you Kook." Taehyung again hugged him.

"Me too. Stay like this with me." Jungkook whispered. Taehyung nodded in his hold.
