"You had to come to Budapest, didn't you?" Natasha said to Yelena, as she - Yelena - opened her fridge. "I came here because I thought you wouldn't." Yel said in a low tone. "But since you're here, what bullet does that?" She asked as she opened her vodka and pointed toward sthe wall with three holes at the wall.
Natasha looked over and said "Not bullets. Arrows." "Ah, right." Yelena said as she grabbed her cup filled with alcohol. "You should've know Yel that Natasha is too special for arrows." I said as I grabbed a cup too.
Natasha rolled her eyes and ignored my comment. She grabbed the red tubes and put it onto the table. "If you didn't think I'd come here, why'd you send me this?" She said as she placed their childhood pictures next to the tubes.
"You brought it back here?" Yelena asked in a nervous tone. I just drinked my boose, amd Yelena walked off and I followed her. "I'm not trying to be your friend, but you need to tell me what that is, since Sasha wouldn't." Natasha shouted after Yelena.
Yelena stopped and looked at me. "You let her brought it to me?" She asked me angerly and I just shrigged my shoulders. Yelena just rolled her eyes and countined her walk towards one of the rooms.
"It's a synthetic gas. The counteragent to chemical subjugation. The gas immunites the brain's neuropathways from external manipulation." She said as she walked into a bedroom and started to paco her bag. "Maybe in English next time?" Natasha said in annoyed tone.
"Это противоядие от контроля над разумом It's an antidote to mind control." Yelena said in Russian and I smirked as Natasha sighted. "Настоящая зрелая Real mature."
"Why don't you take it to one of your super-scientist friends? They can explain it to you. Tony Stark, maybe?" Yelena asked. "Because she's on the run." I said and Natasha angerly glared at me. "Oh, yeah. We're not really talking right now, so..."
"Told you." I said. "Great. Perfect timing." Yelena said. "Where's an Avenger when you need one?" Yel said in a angry and annoyed tone.
Natasha looked at Yelena. "I don't wanna be here." She looked at me than back at Yelena. "I'm on the run. You could've gotten me killed. - than she looked at me - You even tried." I just looked at her blankly.
"Well, what was I supposed to do? You're the only superhero person that I know." Yelena said as she got a bit quite as Natasha took off her shirt revealing several purple bruises all over her upper body.
I saw the guilt in Yelena's eyes, and I walked up to her and held her shoulders. "Yel, it's okay." I said. "That was the whole reason I sent it to you." She said in a low, sad tone. She said it like a child when they to something bad, and gets scolded by their mother.
Yelena zipped her bag and looked at me than Natasha before speaking again. "I kept checking the news, expecting to see Captain America bringing down the Red Room." She said as she started to walk away and held up her hands.
Natasha took her black shirt kn and she froze. She exhaled sharply before she looked at Yelena, than me and back to Yelena. "What?" She asked blindly. Yelena didn't replied she just took her keys, pit them into her bag and left her sight, and I followed her.
I could hear the confusion in Natasha's voice. "Taking down the Red Room? What are you talking about? It's been fone for years." Natasha said as she put on her leather jacket. "Dreykov's dead." She finially said and I smiled.
Yelena put a gun into her bag and she handed me one, and a black shirt and pants. I quicly took off my suit and saw Natasha glance but I ignored it.
"You don't actually belive that, do you?" Yelena asked her as she looked at me and I just tilted my head 'she does'. Natasha stayed quite and Yelena walked towards her a bit. "You really do belive that."
