We got to a gas station. It was really esrly tge sun just started to rise. Natasha broke our peacfull silence. "The Red Room's still active. Where is it?" She asked and I laughed. "I have no idea." Yelena said as we walked into the gas station. "He moves location constantly." I said and Yelena countined. "And every widow is sedated on entry and exit for a maximum security." She said as she started to took things off a shelf.
"I'm just finding it hard to belive that he could stay off my radar." Natasha said. "Well, it's not smart to attack an Avenger if you want to stay hidden." I said. "I mean the clue is in the name." I said. Dreykov kills you one of the big ones comes to avange you."
"Wait, what are the big ones?" Natasha asked. "Well, I doubt the god from space has to take an ibuprofen after a fight." Yelena said and I saw invisible tears in Natasha's eyes as she stood infront of Yelena. "Where did you think I was all this time?" Yelena asked her snd I just knew where this will go. Natasha looked down before she answered her. "I thought that you got out and were living a normal life."
"And you just never made a contact again?" She asked her. "Honestly, I thought you didn't wanna see me." She said, like that's gonna lighten the mood. Yelena scoffed. "Bullshit. You just didn't wanted your baby sister go tag along, whilst you saved the world with the cool kids." She said. "You weren't really my sister." Natasha said and that sentece made my blood boil.
Yelena just stood there, and I higged her before I went after Natasha, but Yelena's words were faster than me. "And the Avengers aren't really your family." Natasha rolled her eyes and I grabbed her arm and looked into her eyes. "You can be angry at Dreykov, or at every widow, or at me but Yelena never did anything wrong, so don't you dare talk to her like that." I said to angerly.
"I don't need to hear this from you. It wasn't a real family!" Natasha whispered it to me. "Than us weren't real too, right?" I asked and I just walked out and sat down onto the cold stone ground.
I heard them talking. "Why do you always do that thing?" Yelena asked her. "Do what?" "The thing you do when you're fighting."
"The pose?" I yelled. "да yes!" Yelena yelled back. "The... like, the..." Yelena said as she couldn't find the right words. "This thing that you do when you whip your hair when you're fighting, with the arm in the air..and you do like, a fighting pose" She said as she laughted and I laughted too. "It's a - she said as she laughed - It's a fighting pose, You're a total poser."
"I'm not a poser." Natasha said and we just laughed at her again. "Oh, come on. I mean, they're great poses, but it does look like you think everyone's looking at you, like, all the time." Yele a said.
Natasha just stares at her, and probally at me too, but I didn't expected her to answear so coldly. "All that time that I spent posing, I was trying to actually do something good to make up for all the pain and suffering that we caused." After hearing that I scoffed and rolled my eyes. "Trying to be more than just a tarined killer." Natasha said. "Well, then you were fooling yourself because the pain and suffering is every day and we are both still a trained killer."
And we'll always be one.
