The next morning, everyone was assembled in the arena, waiting for Lex to arrive so that the battle could begin. It took AGES till Lex arrived, and once he did, we laughed our asses off. Lex was covered head to toe in the heaviest armour we had ever seen.
"Are you ready?" He panted sweating buckets.
I smirked, not even drawing my sword, waiting for him to make the first move, noting Lex's stance. He had a sloppy grip on his sword and an awkward stance.
Finally Lex had enough. Running towards me with his sword drawn, he tried to slice my chest.
I merely dodged Lex's strikes, almost lazily. As Lex kept swinging his sword, and I kept dodging, Lex kept getting angrier and sloppier until I had had enough. In one blow, I shattered Lex's sword and kicked him to the ground.
"Yield?" I asked pointing my sword at his throat.
"Never," Lex panted, sweat rolling down his face while snapping his fingers.
A bolt of lightning came from the sky, Lex's way of trying to fry me alive. Without even blinking, I redirected it so that it hit Lex instead. Lex was fried by his own thunderbolt.
I dusted my hands off.
"Well that was easy."
Luke snorted. "No shit sherlock."
I turned to the demigods.
"Now, who's ready for a test?"
