Niles pov
"Niles hun y/n has to go home she can't stay baby" my mom said. "No mama she has to stay" I said holding on to y/n for dear life. "No hun you gotta take a nap" she said.
"No mama y/n has to stay" I said. "No Niles let her go" she said trying to grab y/n away from me. "No mama stop it my y/n" I said. "Niles y/n's mama wants her home" she said.
"No" I said. "Alright that's enough Niles you need to take a nap" my dad said pulling me away from y/n who was asleep. "No" I said as we got farther from the living room.
And soon enough y/n was out my sight.....
5 years old
Niles pov
"Y/n look I can shoot a basketball" I said throwing the ball up but missed. "You missed" she said. "Shh I was practicing" I said. She laughed when I missed again.
"Niles you can't shoot" nelson said shooting the ball and making it. "Hey that's not nice" y/n said. "Aw I'm sorry your only 5 and I'm 7 finna be 8 in 2 months" he said holding up a 3.
"If I am correct that's a two" I said. He quickly changed his fingers while y/n giggled. "Ugh I'm taking y/n to her mom so she can take her home" he said.
"No don't take her" I said grabbing onto y/n. "Niles it's not seriously" nelson said.
(Yes I meant to put seriously)
"Yes it is let her go" I said. "Niles her mom said it was time for her to go" he said grabbing her arm. "No" I said grabbing her other arm. "My y/n" I said pulling her.
"No stop it" nelson said pulling her other arm. We started pulling back and forth making y/n start screaming which made both her mom and mine come up to us.
My mom took both of our hands off y/n while y/n's mom picked her up. "I'm so sorry" my mom said. "No its fine" Brandy said. "I don't know why they were acting that way" my mom said.
"No it's ok Cassie I promise but y/n has a nap to take and then after her nap we go to big brothers game" she said. "Yay I get to see y/n again" I said.
"Oh sorry niles we won't be attending Nelson's game today we have to go shopping after your nap" my mom said. "No I won't get to see my y/n" I said. "Shes not yours" nelson said.
Trust me she's been My y/n since 3.....

"Y/n can you give me the water gun?" I asked. "No get it yourself lazy" she said. "It's right next to you tho" I said. "No you have arms and legs get it yourself" she said.
"Yea niles get it yourself" Noah said. "Stop Noah" I said. "Yea Noah stop it" y/n said. "Ugh y'all are no fun but uh y/n your mom said you and jax have to leave right now" he said.
"Why?" She asked. "Because him and nelson have a game and y'all need to go so he can prepare" he said. "Oh ok" she said putting her shoes on. "No!" I yelled.
I quickly ran up to y/n and hugged her making her giggle. "Niles you have been doing this dumb stuff for 7 years she has to leave and that's it" he said.
"Stop Noah no she doesn't" I said. "Yes she does on my shoes" he said. "No she cannot go" I said. "Why not?" He asked. "Because she's My y/n" I said. "No you don't own her" he said.
"I don't care shes mine forever and ever" I said. "No not forever and ever and to the moon and back or whatever other cringey words you say. "Ew to the moon and back" I said.
"Ew it's cringe just like you" he said. "Ew cringe just like yo mama" I said. "Mom niles just pulled a yo mama joke on me!" Noah yelled. "Niles stop that and tell y/n to come on" my mom said.
"No!" I yelled. "Bro niles just let her go" Noah said. "Fine have her but I just wanna let you know Noah that that girl is mine" I said. "Ok it's my time to go" y/n said.
She knows she's mine and she will be mine give me a few months and I promise she will be mine......
13 years old....
"Bro niles what the fuck" y/n said. "Shut up and eat your strawberries" I said. I was playing fortnite and y/n was watching. "I'm so single" y/n said turning her chair around.
"Bro shut up" I said pushing her head. "Stop I could've chocked on the strawberry that was almost in my mouth" she said making me turn her chair around and she stared at me.
We were making eye contact for a really long time until nelson and jax decided to bother us. "Ew y'all were seconds away from making out" jax said making me roll my eyes.
"Ugh no privacy" y/n said eating a strawberry. "What do y'all need privacy for?" Nelson asked. "Because we don't want annoying older brothers bothering us" I said.
"Bro if we didn't come over here just a minute ago y'all would've been making out" he said while jax mocked him with some random kissing noises.
"Stop that jax we save that for later" Nelson attempted to whisper making me and y/n look at him. "Woah what?" Y/n said. "What are you talking about?" Jax asked.
"Alright y'all are weird as fuck" I said not looking away from the screen. "But uhm anyways y/n mom wants us home in a few so get ready" Jax said making me look at them.
"Niles if you do this again I'll for sure chop yo 3 centimeters off" Nelson said making y/n almost laugh. "She's laughing likes its true" Jax said making her bust out laughing.
I just looked at her until she noticed me. "I'm sorry Niles I love you" she said hugging me. "Ew a random I love you" Jax said. "Ew you wish that was you" I said.
"Anyways let's go y/n" he said. Before she could move I held her. "Niles this has been happening for 10 years get over the fact she has to leave" Nelson said. "No" I said.
"If you say what I dont want you to say ima slap you" Jax said. Nelson attempted to grab y/n but I quickly smacked him. "No my y/n fuck off get your own go away" I said.
"My sister bitch I known her longer" Jax said yanking y/n out my hands making me stare at my hands. "The moment of realization" Nelson said. I then looked at y/n.
"Actually I kinda wanna give her back" Jax said. "Please do" Nelson said. Jax quickly pushed y/n away from him and she sat back down. "Oh hey y/n" I said. "Hey Niles" she said.
"Bro almost had a heart attack because of what you did and now he's acting like she's just a person he knows" Nelson said. "On gang" Jax said looking at us.
