chapter 12

Yami POV

It's been three years since my fight with that big man. My skills have improved, I've obtained a sword, and I've become well-known because of the missions I've been doing. I was now sitting in a bar where I heard someone say that the Fifth Kazekage had been kidnapped by an organization. I didn't care about that as i left.  About the tavern, I had a mission, which was to assassinate a feudal lord in the rice lands. It took more than three days to reach the rice lands.

After three days

I was at his castle, where I sneaked inside, assassinated him, and also cut off his head. I withdrew quietly, then headed to one of the villages, where I entered one of the houses. There was a rich man and his bodyguards.

The rich man: Yami, did you do the job?

I threw the man's head to him. The rich man laughed and gave me the money. Then he said to me: You seem tired. I suggest you rest. There is also a festival in this village where you can have fun.

I told him: Thank you for this advice, Mr. Sam. I will think about that now, with your permission, I will leave

Mr. Sam nodded and then I left. I had known Mr. Sam for more than a year, and he always asked me for assignments. Now I rented a room in a hotel. Well, I was going to take Mr. Sam’s advice, as I was tired from traveling, and I also wanted to go to the festival. It had been a while.  Long time since the last festival I went to, now I'm going to sleep

I woke up. Today was the festival. I waited for the night, then I put on a beautiful dress. Then I went out to the festival. I was playing with games and eating. I was happy. Then I hugged a girl. I said to her without looking at her: Sorry.

The girl said: It's okay

I froze. This voice was Satsuki's voice. I looked at her as she had frozen as well. She was also wearing beautiful clothes

Satsuki pov

I finished training today with Orochimaru. I was now in my room thinking. My time is approaching to eliminate Orochimaru and then take revenge on Itachi. Then I thought about Yami. Has he forgotten me? Has he found another girl to love? I was worried about this matter. I said to myself: Impossible. I know Yami will not do this.  There was also a festival today that I wanted to go to. It had been a long time since the last time I went to a festival, so I put on nice clothes and went to the festival. I was walking and then I ran into someone and he said: Sorry.

I told him: It's okay, wait for this voice. It's Yami's voice. I froze in my place. We kept looking at each other. Yami became beautiful, and after a long silence.

"Satsuki, it's been a long time," Yami said

I told him: Yes, how are you?

Yami said: Fine, how about we go to a quiet place?

I nodded and we went into the forest. We remained silent and after we reached a quiet place

I told him: What are you doing here?

He said to me: I wanted to enjoy the festival and you

I told him: Like you

Yami pov

I looked at Satsuki and said to her: Satsuki, I wanted to tell you something

Satsuki said: What?

I told her with my eyes closed: Satsuki, I love you

I didn't hear her voice. I thought she was gone. Then suddenly I felt a kiss on my lips. I opened my eyes. It was Satsuki and she was crying. We stayed for ten seconds, then we separated.

Satsuki said: I love you too

I felt happy then we hugged each other I didn't feel the time then

I told her: Satsuki, please come with me

Satsuki said: I can't now, Yami

I felt sad, then Satsuki told me about her plan to eliminate Orochimaru, then she told me to wait for her somewhere after two weeks, so I agreed.

I said to her shyly: How about we continue enjoying the festival?

"Is this a date?" Satsuki said

I told her: Maybe

She smiled at me and held my hand. Then we went to the festival and stayed for two hours, then we had to leave

I told her: I will wait for you in that place

Satsuki said: Me too

Then Satsuki started to leave. I was the happiest person on earth. Now I also had to leave
