Kuro Ookami : Project Ookami Origins X Helluva Boss

11) Training Part 1

Kuro finally trains with Stolas to help enhance his Jigoku techniques. He also finds out about his 'pact' which he doesn't what it is. The two start to begin training...

Stolas: "Now that's all out of the way let's see what techniques you know or even better some spells".

Kuro: "Spells, like magic spells?"

Stolas: "Exactly that but I wanna see your Jigoku techniques, well do you have any? Considering that you are a powerful hellhound".

Kuro: "Hmm *remembers* Oh! I think I remember Cerberus sharing knowledge of techniques with me"

Stolas: "He...did?"

Kuro: "He didn't specify what it was though" *thinking and tapping his foot*

As he was tapping his foot, the whole ground started to shake.

Stolas: "Woahh, a hell shake?"

Kuro: "Man... he could've at a least told me before going off"

Stolas: "Wait! Kuro stop!"

Kuro: "What's wrong?"

Stolas: "Can you tap your feet again?"

The whole ground started to shake again breaking a vase and a window

Kuro: "Oh sh*t I did do that, did I just make the whole world shake? I didn't feel it though".

Stolas (thinking): Of course, one of the known abilities of Cerberus was Hell Shake. Something that he couldn't manage to feel as well, I heard it manage to destroy a whole city once in the pride ring. *gasp* Now thinking about he could've taken out IMP city, this guy is more powerful than I thought.

"Kuro, what you have is something that is powerful which Cerberus lent to you"

Kuro: "What is it?"

Stolas: "Hell shake"

Kuro: "Hell shake?"

Stolas: "Hell shake is what is named for shaking a large area obviously, it's one of the abilities or techniques that Cerberus had during the overlord era. It was powerful, it manage to even take out a city"

Kuro looked shocked to hear: "You mean I could've taken out IMP city , even worse, Lynn Town!?!? Why hasn't the ability activate?"

Stolas: "I think it was when Cerberus was properly awakened or the suppression of him using your Ookami energy, it's either one of those theories, but no matter the fact, the technique you were lent is the most powerful, one big stomp and you could destroy a whole city"

Kuro: "ummm...that makes me even more worried now"

Stolas: "Don't worry, I'll help you control the power, you may even learn to use the technique on specific areas rather than a wide radius, which  is something I will train you to do"

Kuro: "Oh thanks Stolas. *relieved*"

They both go to an area in hell with sand and water.

Kuro: "There's beaches in hell?"

Stolas: "Of course, I picked the location in hell where it can determine the areas affected with your Hell shake, like I said I am training you to use it in specific areas."

Kuro: "So what do you want me to do?"

Stolas: "Well, which can you control more, your hands or your feet?"

Kuro: "*thinking* My hands? Oh I see, so if I did like a ground punch I would perform a controlled hell shake"

Stolas: "On those lines yes, why don't  you try do a ground punch, Impington will be on the ground" *starts to float*

Kuro: "Impington?"

Impington: "He's talking about me!"

Kuro: "Oh my bad, I didn't see you down there"

Impington: "Just like to anyone else, I am small."

Stolas: "Which is helpful to see if the training's working. I want you to try and interrupt the sea so it creates split line

Kuro: "Ok"

Stolas: "now ground punch!!"

Kuro: "I'm not a Pokémon you know".

Kuro imbues his Jigoku energy on his fist does a ground punch shaking the beach around him, breaking a café window and the surrounding imp. Impington falls over.

Stolas: "Again"

Kuro does it again but fails to do what Stolas told him to do and again, and again, and again. Impington also kept falling over.

Kuro: "Ugh I can't do it".

Stolas: "Hmmmm, maybe I haven't told you more about the technique, usually when Cerberus activates his technique, a circular disk of energy is formed on his hand before the landing, you're imbuing Jigoku on the whole of your fist. You need to try to surpress the energy just like Cerberus try to avoid using your Ookami energy as a shortcut in doing so."

Kuro: "And why can't I use Ookami energy?"

Stolas: "Just a strategy when battling, also, you'll end up getting Cerberus out again"

Kuro: "So by supressing Jigoku..." 

Kuro concentrates closing his eyes. Avoiding to use his Ookami energy.

Impington: "Not again"

 Takes a deep breath and lands a ground punch.

Impington gets scared but is relived that there wasn't a hell shake affecting him. But is shocked to see something else. Kuro looked shocked to see what he had performed to do. But is wasn't something Stolas had told him to do.

Kuro: "What in the..."

Kuro seems to have performed another technique which he isn't aware about but something that he wanted to do when he talked with Kuro Ao.
