Chapter 40

“I'm Seth.” With a soft yet delicate voice that the man with beautiful features introduced himself when Yenail was amazed to see him right there. She never experienced the fact about love at first sight but now that she did. She was lost towards his existence who was breathtakingly beautiful as she kept on staring him with another feeling that her heart was controlled by at that time. He was angelic and truly magnificent when she felt her surroundings fading away as she was dived in his eyes. The pair of eyes that she never saw before. The curve on his face that truly enlightened her world surrounded by darkness as the moon crescent eyes were so admirable. “Hey.” He smiled while waving his hand in front of her face when Seth asked further ahead. “You okay?” That made her snap out from her thoughts when she smiled while turning away and the tinted pink slightly busted upon her cheeks as later that Seth asked when his eyes scanned her delicate face out of curiosity as she was really admirable. “You're cute by the way. What's your name?” Yenail wanted to answer his question but her consciences hit her quick when she thought about the mere beast by whom she was being captured as her orbs started shaking when she clutched onto her own dress while thinking about Marquis. Thinking about what he'll going to do if he saw her with this guy right here and completely took any wrong decisions as her face formed a frightened look, whereas Seth got worried all of a sudden when he tried to ask her out, out of curiosity. “Hey you o-”

“Please leave!” She instantly said while cutting off his words when she just pleaded repeatedly while showing him the eyes which were teary by now. “Please.”

Seth jumped upon her words and was somehow surprised to her every word as she seemed too eloquent for him. Mysterious. And he was willing to know the reason behind those teared eyes when his eyes became soft at her tears which threatened to roll down soon.

“But I just wanted to be your friend.” Seth silently spoke when he was hurt badly after observing those gleaming eyes which deserved to be filled with only happiness instead of sorrows. 

“You don't understand, Seth. Please leave.” She talked back with her cracked up voice while lowering down her head as she was too much terrified.

Yenail lifted her eyes towards Seth and saw a different kind of spark when her eyes locked with his pure elegant ones as they were too much fascinating for her to inhale, as if he was healing her just with the glance. She never had this feeling with Marquis. Never. Never that she felt her heart race at this express rate of speed. He was truly a new thing to her and after listening his own name following her voice, Seth's heart also raced. Like never before. He was never a girl person and believed the fact always, that he'll going to find someone like his own self, without even giving a try. He also had no one except his only best friend who was a police officer and today, Seth came to this club casually but never did he drink. His hands always held the glass of juices or drinks without alcohol.

Seth was desperate to know this girl right here in front of him but was also curious about the thing as to why she was not allowing him to talk, when still that he gave another try.

“You can share it with me if something's bothering you. I'm not like the guys you see here.” Seth leaned a bit forward towards her and she panicked right away while thinking one hundred percent that Marquis will definitely going to think that he was about to kiss her. “Excuse me. Give me some water.” He held out his hand towards the bartender and the other guy handed him a glass which was half filled with water. “Here, drink it. Relax. I didn't want to scare you out.” He slipped the glass to her side and leaned back when he observed her tensed state. She blinked at it and her shaky hands held the glass when she drank it all in one sip and gulped afterwards with a sigh. “Woah! Easy there.” He chuckled cutely, resulting her to blush badly as his cute little laugh was too catchy for her eyes when she smiled. Seth asked once again while leaning in with a cheesy smile decorating his face. “Feeling okay now?”

She slightly nodded and apparently, mistakenly and unfortunately, Seth was being slightly too close to her face and this made someone standing beside the curtains?

Mad.

A man with whom she'll be going back to her obvious destination, was now furiously approaching them.
