Ashley : even though I need rest, you bitches wouldn't let me even be unconscious in peace, would you?
Ashley said and they all flinched as she spoke out of nowhere but calmed down soon and burst into cheeky grins. They all ran towards her before surrounding her and she sighed looking at them.
Asher : you're awake!
Ashley : no. I'm dead.
She replied sarcastically to Asher's cheerful tone and the guy laughed it off not caring too much about his sister's sarcastic reply.
Namjoon : should I call others? I should!
He said and was about to run out when Ashley called him making him halt.
Ashley : just tell them that I'm awake and fine and you all get out and leave me alone for sometime.
She said and got off the bed but taehyung held her wrist, stopping her from going anywhere.
Taehyung : why did you not want to wake up after you fainted? What were you thinking while being unconscious? Were you even thinking?
He asked with a serious face that no one had seen before. Ashley took her wrist back and looked away before she let out a sigh.
Ashley : I can travel to places while my body is still. In simple words, my soul can get out of my body, roam around and get back whenever I wish to. Is that enough?
She asked looking at their baffled expressions and suddenly they heard a loud 'woah'.
Jimin : can we do that too!? Can you teach me how to do that!? How many powers so you have in total, girl!? You're amazing!
He said as he fanboy Ed around her while rolling on the floor.
Ashley : our royal teacher of magic and tricks will teach you. You can find him in our royal Library or in the backyard.
She said and gestured for them to leave and they all nodded before going out one by one. But Asher halted at the door and looked back before approaching Ashley and stood in front of her. 2 cm taller.
Ashley : what do you-
Before she could complete her question, he embraced her whispered.
Asher : don't give me heartattacks like that. You're the only person I can rely on, okay?
Ashley : just know that I'm not leaving you just yet. You'll have to bear me until you're a married man with children. Now get lost and leave me alone.
She said patting his back and he broke the hug and gave her a cheeky smile before he hopped out of the room. Ashley shook her head with a small smile as she looked at her silly brother before she went and stood on her balcony.
Ashley : I am not a random person. I don't need to cry for a man. I gotta show him his place. I'm not a weak woman for my own sake. I'm -
Marsha : You, are a princess, my daughter.
Ashley : Mom? You should've called me instead.
Ashley said as she bowed at the Queen in front of her who was also the girl's mother. The extremely gorgeous woman smiled and nodded her head before standing beside her daughter and they both looked ahead at the view.
Marsha : we are the strongest and richest people in this universe. No one can be compared to our family.
Ashley : why are you telling this to me now, mom?
Marsha : Arthur, the prince of Rainbow Falls Kingdom. Kill him.
Ashley : w-what are you-
Marsha : I know what you're thinking and we won't mind having a kingdom as our enemy if it provides justice to our daughter.
Ashley was silent for sometime and her mother looked at her to see her lost in her thoughts. Marsha smiled and hugged her daughter and Ashley stiffened Before she hugged her mother back.
Ashley : and what about his parents?
Marsha : oh, your dad will take care of it. If you want, kill him. If you want, set him free. It's up to you. We are always with you and people like him don't really change though.
Ashley : everything deserves a second chance. Maybe he can also change for the better.
Ashley said and her mother just smiled at her and nodded.
Marsha : you were always the perfect for the throne but giving it to your little brother shows how much of a pure heart you have.
Her mother patted her head before taking her leave. Ashley smiled to herself since her thoughts were much clearer now. She looked at her brothers running in the back garden while screaming their lungs out and a duck was running behind them.
Ashley burst into a pit of hearty laugh and sat on the swing in her balcony while she watched them run and scream while laughing so much that her belly started hurting but it didn't stop her from laughing.
Ashley : Jungkookie, it is right behind you, run!!
She yelled and jungkook ran faster while screaming more loudly and she laughed even more. Suddenly one of them said something loudly but not loud enough for Ashley to hear and they all halted and turned back.
The duck looked utterly confused with the sudden turns in events and tilted her head at them as it spoke something in its language. The boys looked at each other and yelled again before running towards the duck who was in disbelief and started running from them while screaming its lungs out.
Ashley and the guards present there were on the floor by now as one of them said while laughing to the others.
Guard : if that's what princes are like then I won't mind doing my duty forever. God, they're hilarious!
He said and burst out in a fit of laughter again along with the other guards and the game of the boys came to a stop as the duck's owner, a little girl took the duck away and the boys sat on the grass after a guard laid the picnic mat for them.
Namjoon looked at Ashley from the garden and tapped his forehead twice, gesturing for her to read his mind and she did read his thoughts.
Namjoon *in mind* : I am too tired to shout now and I wanted to ask you to join us. Would you do the honour, your majesty?
He thought sarcastically and Ashley nodded before she went downstairs and crossed the huge halls and finally entered the backyard before she approached and sat beside the boys.
Ashley : guys, I'm letting Arthur go back to his kingdom.
Ashley announced and everyone looked at her in disbelief.
Suga : please tell me it's a lie.
Hobi : it's the first time he used the word 'please' if I'm not wrong?
Namjoon : you're absolutely right, hyung.
Suga : can you guys shut the fu-
Jin : no curse words!
Jimin : no seriously! Why would you let him go?
Jungkook : he's a total ass-
Jin : yah! Where did you learn that from!?
Asher : probably from Yoongi hyung. Where else do you think?
Suga : for you kind information, I do not curse all the time for fu-
Asher : there.
Suga : fine!
Taehyung : guys, calm down and let her speak.
Ashley : everyone deserves a second chance.
Asher : and there are always exceptions everywhere. In this matter, it's that guy.
Ashley : making you understand something is like counting stars.
Asher : the heck do you mean by that?
Ashley : it's simply useless, impossible and a waste of time.
Asher : ashi!
He whined while the others laughed their asses off at them.
