As Arcee rolled up to the curb of the road, Saphira eyed off the truck excitedly. She couldn't wait to get off the bike and run over to him. Once Arcee stopped, Saphira took her helmet off quickly and got off the bike. She ran two steps before backtracking and looking at herself in Arcee's mirror to fix her hair. She disliked the static that she got from wearing the helmet, and it made her feel self conscious about her appearance. But it didn't take long for her to finish fixing it, and luckily Arcee did not seem to mind either. Once she was satisfied, Saphira took a deep breath and turned on her heel to walk over to the freightliner.
"Evening, young lady." She jumped and turned towards Mirage when he spoke to her. "Seems like Optimus is in a romantic mood tonight. He had Bumblebee and I help with some specific choices tonight. I hope that is okay."
She smiled at him and chuckled. "I do not mind, Mirage. You both have probably learned a lot about the human world since you came here, so it is honestly totally fine that you helped him."
"We certainly have been helping a lot," Bumblebee admitted. He was also amused, even if he struggled to find the right words to show he was amused through the radio. "And I believe we have helped him to achieve something good."
"I am sure you have. I am going to be happy regardless of what it is. Especially since..." Saphira lifts her hand to her hair and played with some strands with her finger. "No one has done this before, and I am excited." She looked at the cab, and she would still seem to dim lights. She noticed the reflections of the lights also looked a lot like the fairy lights she used on the Christmas tree. She chuckled, as that was a good choice to create a nice atmosphere. "And I am already intrigued by what you guys have done." She giggled a little before she turned to them. "Now if you won't mind, could you maybe...let Optimus and I have our time alone now? Please?"
Bumblebee chuckled at her request. "As you wish. The maiden has spoken."
"She sure has." Mirage started his engine as Saphira watched them closely. "I really hope that you and Optimus enjoy each other's company tonight. I am so happy you both have finally got together. I am so glad that I brought you with me when Optimus called a meeting many months ago." She giggled softly and nodded in agreement, because if it was not for Mirage, she didn't know what her life would be like right now. "I hope you both find a way to thank me for that contribution, but the way. Because I haven't heard a word of thanks yet."
"Oh, grow up, Mirage!" Arcee hissed at Mirage, even though the bot was being extremely sarcastic. "They didn't know they would bond this way. None of us could have known when you first brought the girl to us." Mirage chuckled at the femme's response as he backed away from the curb. "I think both Optimus and Saphira are just happy to have someone who understands them better. None of us could ever do that."
"Well, hey, you don't know that. But I guess you are right." Mirage braked for a moment and Saphira saw his mirror rotate to look at her. "I guess we shall see you both in the morning. I will guess it will be in the late morning that we see the both of you though." Saphira rolled her eyes at the bot before he rolled away with Arcee following.
Bumblebee then backed up as well. And Saphira raised an eyebrow as Bumblebee rolled the window down, and began to play Bella Notte from Lady and the Tramp. Saphira giggled at him, as the song was certainly appropriate for what was planned. After that, he drove away, leaving Saphira alone with Optimus. She stood watching the three autobots for a few minutes before they would turn a corner and she could no longer see their taillights.
She turned to face Optimus and she smiled as Optimus had not opened the door, and it seemed he was waiting for her to climb into the cab to see what he has done. Saphira could not stop blushing while running her fingers through her hair playfully, as she was excited and also feeling a little shy as well at the moment. She had no idea what to expect right now, but she could already picture some kind of paradise that Optimus had managed to create in the cab. Even with so little items to use.
