AND SO, SUMMER CAME to an end and Suoh and Min-Joon walked into school hand in hand, a silent declaration of their newfound relationship. Zane and Mei-Li had also started dating during the break, adding to the budding romances among their friends. While most of the school supported them, a small fraction remained indifferent or disapproving.

Entering the classroom, they greeted Jenny, who was engrossed in a book while Isaac rested his head on her lap. "Morning!" Suoh greeted cheerfully, a bright smile on his face as he approached them, with Min-Joon following closely behind.

"Morning," they replied in unison, returning Suoh's smile. Min-Joon couldn't help but feel a surge of warmth at Suoh's exuberance. Jenny, ever playful, couldn't resist teasing them. "So, how was summer?" she asked, her eyes twinkling mischievously as she observed Suoh's flushed cheeks.

"It was... good," Suoh replied softly, his gaze shifting to the matching bracelets they wore, a tangible symbol of their bond. Jenny couldn't contain her excitement. "Aww, you guys are so cute!" she exclaimed, reaching over to pinch Suoh's cheeks affectionately, eliciting an even deeper blush from him.

"Jennie, lay off," Min-Joon interjected with a laugh, gently defending his boyfriend. He pulled his desk closer to Suoh's, their fingers intertwining naturally as they settled in to chat with their friends. Suoh couldn't help but feel grateful for Min-Joon's presence, his heart brimming with happiness as they shared this moment together..

"So, what college are you guys heading for after high school?" Jennie asked between bites of mochi, feeding Isaac. Suoh furrowed his brows, exchanging a glance with Min-Joon, who appeared lost in thought. "Not sure yet, but wherever Suoh goes, I'll follow," Min-Joon replied, squeezing Suoh's fingers in a reassuring grip.

Suoh's lips curved into a soft smile as he played with Min-Joon's fingers, his gaze drifting to their matching bracelets. "And what about you two?" he asked, turning the question back to their friends.

Jennie paused, munching on her mochi before answering, "I'm heading to UM." Suoh turned to Isaac, who seemed absorbed in studying a piece of paper. "And you, Isaac?"

Isaac sighed, meeting Suoh's gaze with a solemn expression. "I got a scholarship for Harvard," he revealed. Suoh's face lit up in congratulations, but Isaac's lack of joy caught him off guard. "But... I turned it down," Isaac continued, his tone serious.

Confusion clouded Suoh's expression. "But Isaac, that's been your dream! Why would you do that?" he asked, puzzled by his friend's decision.

Isaac reached for Jennie's hand, intertwining their fingers. "Because it's not just about me anymore," he explained, a tender smile forming on his lips. "It's about us."

A warm feeling settled in Suoh's chest as he understood Isaac's choice. Meanwhile, Min-Joon couldn't resist a playful jab. "What about the US?" he quipped, earning a glare from Isaac. Suoh and Jennie chuckled at Min-Joon's attempt at humor, shaking their heads fondly.
