"...Mei..."

"Mei..."

"MEI!"

She jolted awake in a frenzy after hearing her name being called.

She wearily looked around her surroundings.

She was still in tired mode but could tell she was not in the lobby anymore.

It was some sort of kids room with strange looking devices and machines on the side.

As her sights adjusted she began to see her surroundings more clearly.

It was a kids room filled to the brim with medical devices and surgical instruments.

She pulled herself into a sitting position on the bed.
Scratching her head and stretching her legs she trained her sights onto the door.

A ringing noise was coming from behind it constantly hammering away.

She decided to go out from the room despite her senses desperately trying to get her to stop and think.

She approached the door and stopped... you all ever get the feeling of dread when something is going to happen but you just can't tell when?

Well that was Mei's situation as of this moment.

But through the power of courage and determination she grabbed the door handle.

Swinging the door open she could see the hallway was filled with scratch marks and toys littering the floor.

'Wuh-what... is this?'

Now her senses tingled in frantic haywire doing their best to grab the controls and get back in the bedroom.

Sadly they failed as her mind stubbornly did not let go as she continued forward.

The rings grew increasingly louder with every step taken and it might be her imagination trying to scare her but she was pretty sure that she was hearing children crying and screaming...

Finally the hallway stopped and now she was at a cross section the rings came from her left. Following them she began to feel like she was being watched.

"He-hello is th-there anyo-one he-here?"

She passed an old record player and remembered when she went to Izuku's grandfather's house. He had an old record player playing in the background while they played and danced.

'Ah what a burning memory...'

Her thoughts sighed.

All of a sudden she could hear music, quickly turning behind her she saw the record moving around in circles... the sound was coming from it...

*CLANG*

She heard something fall behind her in the distance ahead of where she was going.

She caught sight of a vent in the distance losing swinging momentum as it came to a halt.

"Hello?! Please stop it you're scaring me!"

She didn't realise that tears had begun filling her eyes. Her lips quivered and heart started racing like a jackhammer drilling into the floor.

The ringing in the near distance sounded like wailing.

Looking around her and started to run towards the ringing.
