"Hey Sara! I'm Kabir... nice to meet you!"

There she was; greenish-brown eyes, medium cut hair, unblemished face held up with a striking smile. Dressed in formals and high-heel shoes entered in Kabir's office with some work files.

"Shall we start?" Sara's pleasant melodious voice was a pleasure for paying attention to.
Just a nod in reply was what Kabir could give.

Within the next few hours, Sara had filled Kabir's head with all the necessary details about the company.

"It's my lunch hour now, we'll continue later on!" Sara got up and began to leave.

"Wait..."
She stopped and turned around. Kabir got up from his chair too.

"...Maybe we could go out for lunch? And continue there!"

She smiled and agreed, and they went to have lunch at some place nearby.

They talked and talked for a while; talked about business, also personal life.
Sara was a couple of years older than Kabir and had done her graduation someplace in the U.S; and somewhat shared the same interests as Kabir.

They got back to their office after lunch, and worked together till evening. Kabir was getting familiar about his work.

He piled up the mess from his office desk, as Mr. Mehta entered.
"How was your day?" He asked Kabir in a soft tone.
"It was just...fine!"
"Sara said that you'll be prepared in a couple of days. That's good to know."

Kabir didn't answer that. He just smiled, and walked out.
Throughout the day, Kabir hadn't replied to any of Tanishka's message. He felt awful, so he went to meet her after office.

Tanishka came down her building and they went for a drive.
Kabir shared his first day experience and Tanishka did react in the ideal way that Kabir had expected.

He even told her about Sara; which clearly made her uncomfortable. She still had a smile on her face, as she didn't wanna look unsupportive about anything.

Kabir dropped her home and went back to his 'palace' after a long, hard and happy day.

Next morning, he had the same routine. Entered his office room and waited for Sara. After a while, Sara came in with a bunch of files.

They started to work, and another co-worker of Sara knocked the open door.

"Oh I'm sorry Nitin; I'm a bit busy right now. Can I ignore you some other time?" Kabir said in a comical tone, which brought up a gentle laugh on Sara's face.

Nitin obviously felt a bit embarrassed. Kabir went up to him and apologized.

"Listen I'm sorry! You're here...because?"
"Mr. Mehta wanted to see if you needed some more help?" Nitin asked politely in a faint voice.
"No we're fine." Immediate reply by Sara followed.

Kabir tapped his shoulder lightly, as he left the room.
"You're free for dinner tonight?" Sara asked as she was arranging some papers on the file.
"Uhmm, yeah sure!"

They shared some smiles, and continued to work. Kabir was learning everything very quickly. Even Mr. Mehta was pleased with his efforts.

Later that day, Tanishka called Kabir.
"Hey Kabir! Where are we meeting for dinner?"
"Dinner...Uh, there's a slight change of plan Tani!"
"What?" She replied in an enraged sort of voice.
"I'm having dinner with...Sara. To discuss some...some, work related stuff."
"Work related stuff? Office hours, lunch time wasn't enough?"
"Huh?"
"Never mind. Have fun!"
Tanishka was definitely aggravated; but so was Kabir.

"Why can't she understand? It's my work! I can't leave all this and spend time with her all day." Kabir said to Sara, and continued his work.

They had dinner, and Sara explained everything about the policies of their company.

After going home, Kabir tried to call Tanishka; but she didn't answer any of his phone calls.
Tanishka decided to call Nikita, and tell her everything.

"Nikita! I think Kabir's having an affair."
"What? How?"
Tanishka told about it in detail,
"He's going out with that Sara! What's the need but? They're together throughout the day..."
"Nikita I have no interest in knowing what's already happened! Tell me what to do?"
"Call him tomorrow, and clear everything out."

On the other side, Kabir was disturbed because of Tanishka. He called her almost like, a zillion times; and she didn't reply.

He was certainly angry, and he carried that anger to his office the other day.
He worked on his own, as Sara's part was completed. His work was something with the files, and computers, and some accountancy.
Whatever it was, he was fitting in perfectly. He did work a little more during his lunch time too.

Tanishka called him.
"Kabir?"
"I'm busy Tanishka!" He replied in a somewhat irritating manner.
"It's your lunch time Kabir!" She replied with a raise of voice.
"No it's not! Stop behaving as if you know everything okay? Now let me work, will you?"

The irritated reply by Kabir enraged Tanishka as she disconnected the call, and threw her phone; on the bed luckily.

After finishing up that work of his, Kabir went down to meet some other employees; also Sara.
"What's wrong Kabir?"
"It's nothing!" His mood was clearly troubled by all that.
"Tell me Kabir!"
"It's Tanishka! We've been having these arguments over the last few days!"

Sara held his hand, and asked him to sit.
"I had the same thing going on with my husband, when I started to work. He felt that I wasn't giving him enough time and stuff. But the thing I did was, talked it out completely; solved up the matter! You should do the same!"

Kabir shook his head, and walked out of the office to call Tanishka.
He turned around and came back in,
"You're married?" He asked Sara astoundingly.
She laughed to it, and replied with a faint yes.

Kabir went out again, and called Tanishka.
"Hello Tanishka?"
"Oh! So the busy man is free now?" A taunting reply came up from Tanishka, which wasn't well received by Kabir.

"Stop it Tanishka! Listen to me please."
"No I don't want to! I don't want to listen anything!" She sounded as if she had been crying or something as such.

"Tanishka enough!" Kabir raised his tone to some extent.
"Just leave me alone Kabir! I don't wanna talk to you! So just, leave-me-alone!"
