They had done their shopping and now Ekim and Hazel were sitting in the cafeteria. Ekim was taking small sips of coffee. She was lost in thought. Hazel! She looked at Hazel and called out. Yes what happened Ekim? Hazel asked softly. But I can't be a mother!!! She said in a low voice. Hazel put her burger down and then held ekim's hand. Ekim, Kanat will never pressurize you for children. She said softly again. I know! She answered but she didn't look normal like before. Hazel, can I not be cured? She asked like she was pleading. Hazel looked at her sister-like friend in a sad way. Ekim it is as difficult as impossible! Hazel replied. She couldn't do anything for her. She was a doctor and she knows that it was so risky that it might take ekim's life. Ekim sighed. Let's go home. She said and stood up.

Wedding Day

I... I can't wear this! Ekim freaked out as she saw the dress.
But you chose it yourself. Hazel replied. Ekim looked at her and then at dress. Come on ekim wear it, everyone is already waiting for us downstairs. Hazel said. She sighed and wear the dress. Hazel's smile widened as she saw ekim in that dress and her perfect curves showing up. She gives last touches to her make-up and hair and then take her downstairs. Ayse and Hazel were taking her down into the garden. Nese smiled at her. She was looking stunning and gorgeous. Kanat smiled at her. She looked down immediately. She could not handle his gazes.

The sun-drenched garden was filled with laughter and tears as Ekim and Kanat exchanged their vows. Ekim's mother, beaming with pride, sat in the front row alongside Kanat's family: his parents, his younger brother Aziz and his wife, and a host of friends and loved ones.
Ekim's friends Hazel and her husband Orginal, Ayse and her husband Daghan, and Bekir and his wife Ceyda were all there, smiling and cheering as the couple sealed their love.
As Kanat slipped the ring onto Ekim's finger, his eyes shone with adoration. Ekim's heart overflowed with happiness, knowing she was starting a new chapter with the man she loved.
The ceremony was a beautiful blend of traditions, with both families coming together to celebrate the union. Kanat's parents had flown in from afar, and Ekim's mother had welcomed them with open arms.
As the newlyweds were pronounced husband and wife, the crowd erupted in applause and cheers. Aziz and his wife led the congratulatory hugs, followed by a long line of well-wishers.
Ekim's friends surrounded her, beaming with joy. "We're so happy for you, Ekim!" Hazel exclaimed, as Ayse and Bekir nodded in agreement.
As the reception got underway, the garden was filled with music, laughter, and feasting. Kanat's parents toasted the couple with a heartfelt speech, praising their love and commitment.
Ekim's mother took the microphone next, her voice trembling with emotion. "I welcome Kanat and his family into our lives with open arms. May our children be blessed with happiness and love."
The night wore on, with dancing and merriment under the starry sky. As Ekim and Kanat shared their first dance as husband and wife, the crowd faded into the background, leaving only the two of them, lost in their love.
As the music began, and Kanat's eyes locked onto Ekim's, his gaze gentle and inviting. He extended his hand, asking her to dance, and Ekim's heart skipped a beat. She was still hesitant, the memories of their past lingering, but she couldn't deny the spark between them.
As they swayed to the music, Ekim's eyes met Kanat's, and she saw a deep regret and longing in his gaze. He was sorry, truly sorry, for the pain he had caused her all those years ago. And as they moved together, their bodies swaying in perfect sync, Ekim felt a wall around her heart begin to crumble.
She was a successful lawyer now, confident and strong, but in this moment, she was vulnerable, open to the possibility of forgiveness and new beginnings. Kanat's hand on her waist was warm and gentle, his touch sending shivers down her spine.
As the music reached its crescendo, Kanat spun her around, and Ekim's laughter merged with the melody. For a moment, they were lost in the magic of their love, their past forgotten, their future bright with promise.
As the song ended, the applause and cheers from the crowd faded away, leaving only the two of them, lost in each other's eyes. Kanat's hand still lingered on her waist, his touch sending shivers down her spine.
"I've been waiting for this moment for so long," Kanat whispered, his voice filled with emotion.
"Me too," Ekim replied, her voice barely above a whisper. "I've been hurt for so long, Kanat. I don't know if I can trust you again."
"I know I hurt you, Ekim. And I'm so sorry. But I promise to make it right this time. I'll spend the rest of my life making it right."
Ekim's eyes searched his, looking for any sign of insincerity. But all she saw was genuine regret and longing. "Let's take it slow, then," she said finally. "Let's see if we can rebuild what we once had." Kanat's face lit up with a radiant smile. "I'd like that, Ekim. I'd like that very much."
As the crowd around them began to disperse, Kanat pulled her into a gentle embrace, their hearts beating as one.
