As they walked back to their home, Ekim's mind was filled with thoughts of their lovely afternoon together. She was grateful for the special bond she shared with Kanat, and the way he made her feel seen and loved. As they entered their cozy home, Çiçek, Kanat's daughter, greeted them with a big smile. "Hey, Dad! Hey, Ekim! I made a picture for you!" Ekim's heart warmed as she took the colorful drawing from Çiçek. "Aww, thank you, sweetie! This is beautiful!" Kanat looked at them with a smile. She was not her real mother but she wasn't decreasing her love for çiçek in any case. As they settled in for the night, Ekim helped Çiçek with her other drawings, and Kanat and nese prepared dinner. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, filled with the scent of cooking and the sound of laughter. After dinner, they spent the evening playing games and watching a movie together. Nese was happy for çiçek and kanat. Ekim felt grateful for this little family they had built, and the love that filled their home. As they tucked Çiçek into bed, Kanat turned to Ekim and whispered, "You know, I'm really glad we have each other. You bring so much joy to my life, and to Çiçek's." Ekim smiled softly, her eyes shining with love and appreciation, but she didn't reply. She simply leaned into Kanat's embrace, feeling grateful for this moment, and the love they shared. Kanat wrapped his arms around her, holding her close as they stood there in the quiet of the night, surrounded by the warmth and love of their little family. Kanat's arms encircled her, pulling her close as he nuzzled his face into her hair. Ekim's heart raced as she felt his warm breath on her skin, his gentle embrace sending shivers down her spine.
Without a word, Kanat led her to their bedroom, his eyes locked on hers with a tender intensity. As they reached the bed, he slowly unbuttoned her blouse, his fingers tracing the curves of her shoulders.
Ekim's skin tingled under his touch, her pulse quickening as he kissed the nape of her neck. She closed her eyes, surrendering to the sensation, as Kanat's lips wandered down her skin, leaving a trail of goosebumps in their wake. With a gentle sigh, he lifted her onto the bed, his body hovering over hers as he gazed into her eyes. Ekim's heart overflowed with love, her soul melting into his tender gaze.
As their lips met, the world around them faded away, leaving only the two of them, lost in the depths of their love. The soft rustle of the sheets, the gentle creak of the bed, and the sweet whispers of their affection were the only sounds that filled the night, as they indulged in the sweet embrace of their love. As they broke apart for air, Kanat's eyes locked on hers, his gaze burning with desire and adoration. "I love you, Ekim," he whispered, his voice husky with emotion. "You make me feel so alive, so loved," she replied, her voice barely audible over the pounding of her heart. "I can't imagine a life without you by my side." She replied, her voice barely audible over the pounding of her heart. "You make me feel so alive, so loved. I can't imagine a life without you by my side." Kanat's face lit up with a radiant smile, his eyes shining with happiness. "You'll never have to, my love," he whispered, his lips tracing the curves of her face. "I'll always be here for you, holding you, loving you, and cherishing every moment we share together." As the night wore on, their love continued to burn bright, a beacon of hope and happiness in the darkness. And as they finally drifted off to sleep, wrapped in each other's arms, they both knew that their love would forever be the guiding force in their lives.
Here's the continuation:

Two weeks had passed and kanat was still there for her as a supportive husband but they didn't inter course again. Ekim, a successful lawyer, had tried to focus on her work, but her mind was elsewhere. She and Kanat had tried everything to conceive - from IUI to countless attempts on their own, all in vain. The doctor's words still echoed in her mind: "I'm sorry, Ekim, but you can't be a mother."
As she sat at her desk, pouring over a case file, she suddenly felt a wave of dizziness wash over her. She tried to shake it off, thinking it was just stress, but the room began to spin. She stumbled out of her office, her colleagues rushing to her side as she vomited her coffee into the trash can.
"Ekim, what's wrong?" her colleague, Deniz, asked, concern etched on her face.
"I...I don't know," Ekim stammered, feeling another wave of nausea wash over her.
Deniz quickly called for an ambulance, and soon Ekim found herself in the hospital, undergoing a series of tests. The doctor's face was somber as he delivered the news: "Ekim, you're pregnant."
Stunned, Ekim couldn't process what she was hearing. "But...but the doctor said I couldn't be a mother," she stammered.
The doctor smiled gently. "Sometimes, miracles happen. And this little one is definitely a miracle." Tears of joy streaming down her face, Ekim couldn't wait to share the news with Kanat. Her dream of having a child was finally coming true!

Ekim, beaming with pride, walked into the sleek, modern building that housed Kanat's company. She was eager to share the news with him in person, and couldn't wait to see the look on his face. As she approached the reception desk, she asked to see Kanat, but the receptionist apologetically informed her that he was in a meeting.Undeterred, Ekim decided to wait. She took a seat in the lobby, gazing around at the impressive artwork and sleek decor. As she waited, she noticed a glass-walled conference room adjacent to the lobby, and her eyes locked onto Kanat. Kanat was seated at the head of the table, deep in discussion with his team. Ekim's heart skipped a beat as their eyes met through the glass wall. Kanat's expression changed in an instant, a look of surprise and delight replacing his serious demeanor.
Without breaking eye contact, Kanat excused himself from the meeting and strode out of the conference room, his long strides eating up the distance between them. Ekim's heart raced with excitement as he approached her, a broad smile spreading across his face. "Ekim, what are you doing here?" he asked, his voice filled with warmth and curiosity. Ekim stood up, her smile matching his. "I have some news to share," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. Kanat's eyes sparkled with anticipation. "Is everything okay?" Ekim nodded, her eyes shining with happiness. "More than okay," she said, taking his hand and placing it on her belly. "We're going to be parents, Kanat! We're having a baby!" Kanat's face lit up with joy, and he swept her into his arms, spinning her around in a circle. "We're going to be parents!" he exclaimed, his voice filled with excitement.
Kanat finally set Ekim down, gazing into her eyes, his face filled with love and gratitude. "You're going to be an amazing mother, Ekim. And I promise to be the best father and partner I can be."
Ekim smiled, her heart full of love and joy.
As they sat on the couch, holding hands, and gazing into each other's eyes, Kanat's phone buzzed. His assistant's voice came through the intercom, "Sir, your meeting is waiting. "Kanat nodded, knowing he had to attend, but he couldn't tear himself away from Ekim's radiant smile. "Just a minute," he replied, his eyes never leaving hers.
Just then, his gaze drifted to the glass wall separating his office from the conference room. He saw his team waiting, but his eyes locked onto Ekim. She was beaming, her eyes shining with happiness. He strode into the conference room, his eyes fixed on Ekim, who was still sitting on the couch, looking like a vision of loveliness. "Sorry, team," he announced, his voice filled with excitement. "We've got a new CEO on the way!" The room erupted in cheers and applause. Everyone was happy for their boss. Kanat went back to ekim and swept Ekim into his arms, twirling her around in a joyful embrace. Their love and happiness were infectious, spreading like wildfire through the office. As they celebrated, Kanat knew that this was just the beginning of an incredible new chapter in their lives – one filled with love, laughter, and the promise of a bright future together.
