"Take a seat." Mr. P said. His real name was Mr. Palmer, he was one of those guys who showed up to work in flowered shirts and sandals.
"What's up guys," he said adjusting his glasses strap he had a thick red tan line on the back of his bald head.
"Well, Leo said-" I said looking at the mysterious boy.
"Oh, Mr. Baxter, he's such a kidder." Mr. P said chuckling.
I bit my tongue because I knew l would say something I would regret. I didn't want to look like an idiot
in front of "mystery man".
"He was harassing Georgia and I lost my temper." He said sternly, his eyes not leaving Mr. P's.
I loved the way he said my name, it sounded like an opera and the cast only sang my name. Mr. P told us he would talk to Leo. After that, I met him outside of Mr. P's office. He tapped on my shoulder like a nervous kindergarten boy giving a girl a flower.
"He's really weird," he said glancing at the ground,"My name's Charles."
"Yeah, I'm Georgia," I said, "Thanks for defending me." All of a sudden Alicia walks up behind us.
"What's goin' on y'all," she said loudly. If I was pale, you could see me blushing. Charles quietly disappeared into the mass of pale faced zombies. My heart sank a bit when he left, but I still can't forget those brown eyes.
"What were you guys talkin' about?" Alicia asked as if she was talking to a baby. I was about to tell her then I saw Leo walking into Mr. P's office, he smiled wildly at me. His teeth turned inward like a viscous wolf. Alicia and I eventually fell into the crowd of zombies, and i was still dreaming of his eyes.
