Chapter one-Unexpected

Lily and her parents all went inside the mansion and went to their large living room, when they entered the living room Lily put a hand over her mouth. Right in front of her was a girl with a pink crop top and baggy jeans with her hair pulled into a French braid. She had sunglasses on her head and her phone was in the back pocket of her jeans. She had a legendary smile on her face and said "Suprise". Lily stood there stunned and frozen. She had tears in her eyes and she had her hands over her mouth. She couldn't believe the girl she met back in kindergarten was standing right there before her. Lily rushed over and hugged her best friend. She was crying and her best friend started hugging her back and she too was emotional. Lily pulled back from the hug and signalled with her hand how happy she was. Her best friend also used the sign language to communicate with her best friend. Lily's mom was also emotional seeing her daughter grow up with hardly any friends at all to having one.

"Abby would u like anything to drink hon" asked Ms.Lightwood, Lily looked over to her mom and she gave a thumbs up to the drink for her. Abby who was busy texting her mom real quick looked up from her phone, "Yes please Ms.Lightwood, I would like an iced coffee please." she said. Lily sat down on her couch bringing Abby down with her. Abby just smiled and she just hugged her best friend. After a while, they went up to Lily's room and when they entered the room Abby gasped. everywhere she turned there were pictures of her and Lily. She smiled at the picture of Lily and her in their Halloween costumes. Lily sat on her bed and was fiddling with her bracelet. Abby went and set down beside her, She put her hands on Lily and asked "Lil there is something I have been meaning to tell you for a long time." Abby said with a bit of nervousness in her tone. Lily looked up and got up and got a notebook and wrote her what she meant. Abby took a deep breath and slowly brought her hands up to Lily's cheek and slowly traced her cheek to her jawline. Lily gasped and she felt like fireworks were going off with each touch. Lily leaned into the touch, closed her eyes, and just relaxed to Abby's touch. Abby looked at Lily's closed eyes and she soon began leaning in closer to Lily. Soon their faces were inches away from each other. Lily opened her eyes and looked into Abby's eyes. She was about to turn and get her notebook when she felt Abby's lips on her. Her eyes widened and she leaned into the kiss putting her arms around Abby's neck. She felt Abby's hands go up to her hair and she was pulling her closer. She felt as if they were fireflies and the room was lit with billions of them. She then pulled away and put her hands to her mouth still feeling the tingle of the kiss. Abby opened her eyes and looked into Lily's eyes. She was waiting for what Lily would say or do. Lily was staring down at her notebook and then started writing, after a few minutes she gave it to Abby to read and it said.

" Dear Abby, thank u for coming to visit me, it's been so long since I saw u last. I had been hoping that either of us would visit the other and I never thought I would get kissed by my best friend. I know u might think that I didn't enjoy the kiss but I did and I just want to tell u this as nicely as possible. I don't like u that way. I know you might think that I am being mean or trying to hurt your feelings but I'm not I just don't feel the same way about you. I love you as my best friend but nothing more. You mean so much to me and I would never do anything to hurt you. I just don't think I am ready for that kinda relationship. I just really hope we can just stay as besties.

I know that you have feelings for me and I understand that but I just feel like I am ready to put my whole heart out for that kind of relationship. I love you girly pop. I will always remember the kiss. You also rock at helping me with my math which by the way I hate doing but you always find fun ways to help me love math. I also want to thank you for coming up to me in kindergarten and saying "Hey my name is Abby would you like to play Barbies doll house with me?" I always laugh at the way you said that. I also love your laugh. your laughter is the best part it fills my heart with pure joy. I couldn't have asked for a way better bestie than you. I love u girl, please never leave.

So thank you Abby for coming into my life and changing it. I wish u lots of hope and blessings.

Abby's eyes were filled with tears and she hugged Lily so tight it became a bit hard for Lily to breathe. Lily patted Abby's back a bit hard to get her to know it was getting hard for her to breathe. Abby quickly scrambled back so to let Lily breathe. Lily coughed a bit to get her breathing back in shape. She looked up and smiled at Abby. Abby looked back at her and smiled through tears.

"I can't believe u still want to be my bestie even after I kissed you. I thought u would hate me or push me away, but you didn't do any of that and I am so grateful you still want me." Abby said with hot tears burning through her eyes. She got up and went to her bag and took out what looked like a gift.

Lily curious about what was in the wrapped box quickly grabbed her notebook and wrote a really fast note. Abby seeing this laughed and sat back down on the bed beside her. She then gave the gift to Lily who immediately ripped open the wrapping paper and inside was a box, Lily turned looked up into Abby's lustres hazel eyes and raised an eyebrow. Abby just shrugged and smirked. Lily slowly opened the box and gasped. Inside was a beautiful breathtaking Sheer Stirpes dress. Lily was so taken by the beauty of the dress she just stared at it. Abby seeming to be holding her breath looked at Lily. Lily finally took the dress out of its box and held it in her hands. It had a Flattering Bateau neckline and it cut in a curve-hugging silhouette. the fabric was soft and it was white as a perfect winter white snow. Lily got up and held it to her body. She then turned around and showed it to Abby who had tears in her eyes.

"oh Lily- she cupped her hands to her mouth-You look so beautiful" Lily smiled and turn showing off a little. Abby giggled and got up off the bed and went and grabbed Lily's hands and spun her around. Lily felt like to was floating on clouds. She never knew that she would feel this pretty. but Abby just had a way of putting special touch to everything she touched.

Lily really wanted to tell Abby how she was feeling but she knew she couldn't and the worst part was that it was really starting to get really annoying. She stopped spinning around and felt like the world was shaking on her, she tried to take some breaths in but nothing seemed to be working then the next thing she knew was that the ground underneath her was getting closer to her. She put a hand on her face and felt something wet and she knew she was crying. She fell to the ground feeling like the world was just ending she felt her throat heat up in fire and she felt like her vocal cords were closing in on her. Abby who was just realizing what was going on quickly rushed to Lily's side and tried to calm her down.
"Lily omg are you okay please tell me what's wrong?" She asked with so much worry and fear.
Lily who just couldn't take the heat anymore started choking up and started hyperventilating. Abby who was frantic yelled for Lily's parents.

Lily's parents came quickly and saw what was happening to their daughter and rushed to help her. Lily felt like her whole body was being lit in ember,felt herself slowly shift to a very safe place in her mind. She followed that soft glow and found the safe place. She curled into a ball and stay there.

Soon she could feel her whole body ease and she could soon feel the voices soon fade. There was nothing but blissful silence.

Hey y'all it's me again sorry for the late update I been just really busy with a lot of things.
But I hope u liked this chapter and plz plz give me some ideas for chapter 2 cause I am having a major writer's block.
