being the first woman to drive for ferrari, after being in their driver academy, was definitely going to be tough for her.
as she knew she had to take her career seriously, she knew she had to have a good, experienced personal trainer. some how, she found a personal trainer quickly. to be more specific, a ex formula one driver, and a two time world champion. fernando alonso. he was quick to accept the job, she knew it was for the money, although he had said to her that he wanted to make sure she didn't let sexist comments slide, and he wanted her to feel comfortable as a woman in this sport.
nervous was an understatement, she wasn't just nervous about her career, she was nervous about fernando being her trainer. she grew up watching him, admiring him and his driving style.
when she signed her contract with ferrari all the thought was three words. "lets do this."
