"so i have a date with Wyatt today and a date with Jabari tomorrow.." I trail off biting my lip. Yasmin looks at me with wide eyes.
"ok first of all, woah and second of all you got game sis." She puts her tongue between her teeth in a teasing way and we both laughing loudly.
"Wyatt is picking me up at 4 so ima start getting ready now." I nudge her softly and she gives me a nod with a thumbs up. I go to my room and grab my towel and wash cloths and get in the shower.
15 mins pass and I get out the shower and look for an outfit to wear. "should i do jean shorts or a romper..?" I question to myself holding up some jean shorts and a jean romper.
"ima do the jean shorts cus i wanna wear a crop top." I put on the shorts and looked in my drawers to find a crop top. I pulled out a white tight fitted graphic tee crop top.
I looked in the mirror at my outfit and took some pictures and made sure my butt looked good. I put on my all white forces and fixed my hair and put some lip gloss on.
I went to the living room to show Yasmin my outfit and she claps her hands together. "you look toooo good honey. bad ass bitch." She smacks my butt and I roll my eyes playfully with a smile.
I went back to my room and put on some perfume and then grabbed my wallet and keys. I look at my phone to check the time and it's 3:50.
I hear my phone ding and see it's a message from Wyatt that says he's downstairs. I grin excitedly and let Yasmin know i'll be home later on. I leave the apartment and walk out the front of the building.
I see Wyatt standing in front of his car holding a single rose. He has on some gray jogger shorts and a white graphic tea with all white air forces.
I walk towards him with a smile and he smiles back shyly while handing me the rose. "you look very pretty." He says opening the door for me. "thank youuu." I reply back with a smirk.
He jogs to the drivers side and gets in the car. He starts the car up and pulls off. "can i connect my phone to your car?" I question turning towards him in my seat. He nods quickly and I connect my phone.
The first song I play is What You Heard by Sonder. "fuck yo mind up, waste time." I sing while scrolling on my phone.
During the car ride, out of the corner of my eye I would see Wyatt stealing glances at me. 'he better focus on the damn road' He seems to enjoy the songs i'm playing because he nods his head to most of them.
