The night went by quick as a gentle breeze, and soon enough, it was the next day. Angel decided to wear a hot pink dress, built in brassier which held nothing but soft fluff, not that it didn't look good.. it stayed similar to the others, slit all the way up to his thigh, which was obviously his thing now, if you couldn't tell. Gloves on one pair of arms, obviously, and of course the beautiful golden ring which bound him and Husk. He couldn't forget his usual jewelry and makeup, and just like that, he was out the door.

'But, how about you be my arm candy tomorrow night, yeah?' Angel couldn't help but think about what he meant by that. It was quite ominous, and it wasn't brought up the rest of the night. Well, only one way to find out.

Angeldust arrived at the casino, which seemed especially quiet.. it felt like he was walking into a school on a Sunday. Angel made his way into the building, only to be greeted by a nervous looking front desk worker.

"Ah, A-Angeldust! Right this way, Boss has been expecting you.." they said hurriedly, beginning to scamper away, despite the long legs, angel struggling to keep up with the skiddish demon. 'Not suspicious at all..' Angel sarcastically remarked in his mind.

The demon brought Angel to a room in the casino, it seemed to be some kind of.. gambling, meeting room? Angel wasn't a pro at this stuff, so he wasn't too sure how to describe it. Husk sat on a fancy looking chair, smoking a cigar, his eyes closed, obviously unaware Angel had entered the room.

"Husk?" Husk's ears perked up, and he opened his eyes, looking over at the spider.

"Angel.. yeah, er- shit.. don't get mad, alright?"

"Well now I'm curious. What'd you do, kitty?"

"Remember how I asked you to be my arm candy?"

"How could I not?" Angel said cheekily with a grin, walking over to the cat.

"Well, there's obviously a reason for that.. we have a, ahem.. a client." Husk said, only making Angel more suspicious

"What kind of client..?"

"A tall one. With purple skin. And wings.. and red eyes."

"No. No, no, no way." Angel began chuckling nervously, eyes widening as he furrowed his eyebrows. "You can fuck with me, pussy cat, but there's no way in heaven I'm seeing that fucker again!" Angel said, beginning to freak out a bit, making Husk quickly walk over to him, taking his hands and gently cupping his face, making the spider look down at him

"Hey, hey! Look it me. This fucker won't touch you without getting fucked up, you hear me?" Husk said firmly, angels trembling form managing to still a bit, eyes looking down at him, blinking a few times. "He's here on casual business, I don't know what he wants, but you know I can't turn down clients, right?" Angel swallowed the frog in his throat and nodded hesitantly, squeezing back at Husk's grip.

"Good, now I don't want to repeat myself, so listen close, doll." Husk's rough hand gently caressed his soft cheek "He isn't going to do shit, especially not to you anymore. That asshole doesn't own you, and he needs to learn that. Feel unsafe, uncomfortable, anything and you can walk out whenever that pretty heart of yours desires, but I need you here, baby." Angel's heart fluttered and cheeks flushed at the sound of being called 'baby' "Got that, princess?" Before Angel could respond, the door slammed open, a sleazy, cockily confident douchebag walked in.

"Husk, darling! So good to see you, muah, muah~" the disgusting moth said, leaning down to place kisses on the cat's cheeks, though not even attempting to actually make contact.

"Valentino." Husk coldly greeted. Husk sat back down, patting the arm rest for Angel, and offering the seat in front of him across the table to Val. Valentino held back his snarl at the sight of the demon which was once his.

"So.. I see you've been getting mighty comfortable, Angel. So, Husk, has this slut offered you his body yet?" The sleezebag chuckled "Surely the whore has his eyes on you, can't even go a week without sex!"

"I advise you stop talking." Husk said, Angel leaning a bit closer as he sat on the arm rest. Valentino backed down a bit, confident smile growing nervous.

"Sure.. anyways, I need to make you an offer, Husky~"

"And what could that possibly be?"

"Money. A lot of it. For that pretty little Angel back." He said with a disgusting grin, making Angel shiver and clutch his churning gut. The horrible feeling went away as Husk's arm slithered around his waist, pulling him impossibly closer "And why would I do that?"

"Why wouldn't you? Surely you don't actually want to keep him."

"You'd be surprised." Husk said, glaring up at the spider before back into the eyes of the moth.

Valentino pulled out a cigarette, blowing out red smoke, the smoky stream drifting over and lift Angel's chin, but husk swiftly swatted it away.

"If this is all you came for, then I think it's time you take your leave."

"What?" Valentino asked in disbelief "Surely that's not all, how about a drink, Husk? Just a nice one on two, one whore, and two men!-" Husk slammed his fist down on the table, glaring up at Valentino.

"Don't make me fuckin' repeat myself. I'll blow your damn brains out of you don't leave my casino." Valentino looked over at him in shock, his face contorting with a mix of rage and shock "Oh, really? You think you can fucking treat me like that! I will smash your god damn face in you fucking feline pest! I'll fucking kill both of you! You'll get sick of that slut-bag one way or another!" The moth with a temper claimed before storming off, angrily cursing as he left the casino. Angel stared in disbelief, looking over at the now cracked door, and the. husk, who didn't even bat an eye.

"Husk..?"

"Hm?" Grumbled the demon

Angel hesitated before speaking, chuckling softly to himself and applying a gentle kiss to the cat's forehead, earning a thick blush from both parts.

"Thanks."

1048 words. Ta daaa!! I personally think this one wasn't my best work, and I was honestly free-handing it, but I did have fun writing it! It isn't the best, but I hope it subsides everyone's desire for a new chapter 😭😭
