Turns out the man walking towards Lucy was Kim, Jonathan's friend, from whom Lucy took the parcel.
Lucy got relieved as it was someone who she knew.
Kim sat in the car and said, "I'm here to ask for some money because you broke a rule"
Lucy asked him how much money you want and which rule you are talking about?
Kim said, "When you took the parcel from me, you forgot to close the door. It's a very small rule, so you'll just need to give me $200"
Lucy asked him, " Umm... Actually I forgot to turn on the radio on TV at night, can I also pay you for breaking that rule?"
