When Lucy woke up, she saw that bandage which was on Jonathan's hand earlier is now on her hand.
Jonathan was sitting there. When he saw her waking up, he got up and said, "Lucy, i wish you luck. Don't worry, you'll be able to get out of here soon. People will surely forget some rules."
Lucy was confused when she heard Jonathan saying this. After saying this, Jonathan threw a phone on the floor and ran away from there. Lucy ran as fast as possible towards the door.
The moment she stepped out of the door, she felt immense pain in her hand with the bandage. She fell down due to pain when she exited the door.
She crawled back inside the house, and there was no pain at all.
She tried this in and out multiple times, but the result was the same.
It was like she was trapped inside the house.
In disappointment, she went to the basement. She picked up the phone Jonathan threw there.
The phone's screen said, "My name is Lucy and I'll give anyone $700 who does me a non physical favour.

Basically, this was all a loop. A person has to trap another person, give them tasks and make them break the rule to escape and pass this curse to the other person/their victim.
