(Sonadow)
This is Fan made and not Canon, although it would be nice if Sonadow was Canon.
Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Omega and Rouge are on a search for a certain Criminal, but things don't go as planned. TW: Abuse, Gore, Sh, Depression, Cussing, Adul...
A couple days later, Sonic and Shadow were still looking for 'Moonlight' and had gotten to know each other more. They had to pass the time somehow! Yet, they hadn't had any deep conversations. Currently they were walking and looking around for anything suspicious or more information that either might need.
[RING RING RING RING-] Sonic's phone went and he picked up. ''Yes, who is it? Oh, hey dad.. No, Shadow and I are still searching. Okay. Alright then, bye.''. ''Urgh..'' he groaned. Shadow glanced over at him, ''what?..''. ''Just my dad, he said that I have to go back home in two days..''. Shadow simply nodded in understanding and kept walking until his ears perked up due to a noise. Sonic just went for it and spindashed towards where both of 'em heard the noise. Unfortunately, this was a bad idea, because Moonlight saw it coming and had placed some spikes there...
Shadow immediately ran to Sonic when Sonic let out a loud, gut wrenching scream in pain and saw him lying on the floor. Just as he tried to hurt Moonlight back, she wasn't there anymore, so he picked Sonic up and got him to safety as fast as possible. ''You're going to be alright- You're going to be alright-'', he reassured as he started helping Sonic with the injury.
