Meanwhile, in the principal's office, mr. Miles was talking with mr. Byron. It wasn't a very positive conversation.
- Miles - mr. Byron said. - Is something bothering you? You look pretty stressed. Did something happened?
- Yes, my dear. Something happened.
- What exactly?
- You see, the last time I checked our students' path crystals, I saw something that got me a bit worried.
- What got you worried? - mr. Byron got confused and curious.
- I noticed that the dark goo of negativity is tyring to posses ms. Amy Kenshi. That goo wants to take control over her so much, but everytime it's this close to doing so, she eludes it. I have no idea how that works, but I'm sensing danger that I never sensed before.
- Does that mean she poses a danger to our school?
- No. At least not her. That goo is the danger, not her. Recently I found out that humans, unlike other creatures, can calm themselves down to the point that the goo just lets go of them a bit. I'm sure that the slime ruler wants to take control over her way too much, so I have to make sure that this won't happen.
- Okay. I understand - mr. Byron said.
They talked a bit more, but soon mr. Byron had to go.
