- This is set after the seven demigods (Percy, Annabeth, Nico, Frank, Hazel, Piper, Jason, Leo) have defeated Gaea and on the assumption they all survive (they probably don't). Therefore, if you've read the last book in Rick's series, then there may be some continuity errors regarding the end of that book and the beginning of this story, because i've written this before it is due to come out.
