Crows and Sunsets (Sabo x Reader)

Island

In the morning I woke up and I change into new clothes. I brush my hair and then I left my room to go to eat breakfast. I began walking down the hall and entering the dining room. But, when I entered there was no one around. I looked everywhere to find them but I couldn't find them. I was confused on what was going on and I was scared also. I called out Sabo name and Koala name too. But I heard no one answering. I was wondering where they are as I searched every single room in this ship except.. for Dragon's room. I knew I wasn't supposed to go in there but since I couldn't find no one I had to go in there I had to. But I remember what Sabo told me but would he forgive me if I go inside Dragon's room right? Or would he be very angry at me..which I didn't want him to be angry at me. But I decided to go in there since I was scared and confused at the same time so I walked towards Dragon's room and as I opened it..

I suddenly woke up. I groan as I sat on my bed. "Was it all a dream? It was a dream" I sigh as I began stretching. I got out of my bed as I brush my hair and I immediately left my room to see if everyone was on the ship and I saw Koala and I was glad that it was just a dream and not real. I went back to my room to use the bathroom and brush my teeth. When I finish doing that I changed to new close and I left my room. "Oh no! I'm going to fall off the ship!!!" Someone said as I saw the same guy with the purple afro his name was Ivankov right? He was starting to fall and everyone was looking at him worried. "Or not! HEE-HAW!" He said as everyone was relieved and a bit angry at Ivankov as Ivankov laughed.

I was looking at Ivankov as he was getting yelled at. "Boo.." someone whispered into my ear behind me and I flinch. I turn around to see Sabo there smiling at me like nothing happened. "Sabo! You scared me!" I said. Sabo laugh as he looked at Ivankov who was coming towards us. "Who's this person Sabo?" Ivankov said as he was looking at me closely. "Oh! Their name is Y/n and they were the one you said who were on this ship hiding." Sabo said as he was looking at Ivankov. "Oh so it was you who was hiding on this ship I thought it was an enemy unless.. nah you look like you can't fight" Ivankov said in relief. I mean he was right I can't fight.

Sabo took me to the dining room as Ivankov followed. I sat between Ivankov and Sabo and we began eating breakfast. Ivankov was asking so much questions about me and saying ridiculous things and saying "Hee-Haw" for some reason. Sabo was telling Ivankov to knock it off but Ivankov of course didn't took him seriously and kept talking to me.

Ivankov then said "What type of guy do you like Y/n" when he said that I almost choked on my food as I wasn't expecting him to ask me that, "Well umm" I said. I never thought about it really, I didn't know what to say. "Ivankov don't ask Y/n that they may not know yet or they don't want to tell us" Sabo said it a bit harshly as he kept eating his food. Ivankov looked at Sabo like he was hiding something. "Ok if you say so Sabo" Ivankov finished his food as he left the dining room.

"Sorry about Ivankov he's a bit over the top as I should say" Sabo was looking away from me and I was confused why he was looking away but I didn't question it as I finish eating. "It's ok Sabo" I got up as I put my plate inside the sink for the cook to clean it. Since they don't want to let us clean the dishes for some reason..

Sabo and I left the dining room and went outside. We saw an Island as we were sailing close to it. "Oh the next Island, Y/n I'll be right back!" Sabo said as he went to inform Dragon that the they're about to land on the next Island.

I went to front of the ship as I looked the Island. The Island was a bit deserted but I saw a small figure running into the forest. "Hm? What was that" I think to myself as I kept looking at the Island. "Hey Y/n I'm back!" Sabo was walking towards me as he saw my face. "Is everything alright?" Sabo stood next to me as he looked at me. "Oh everything ok I just saw a small figure running towards the forest at that Island, thats it nothing much" "oh ok you had me worried there Y/n" Sabo sigh in relief. We kept standing next to each other as we were getting closer to the Island.

"Y/N!!" Someone was calling me and I turned around to see Koala running towards me. Koala stood in front of me as she was out of breath from running. "Wanna explore the Island with me when we get there?" Koala looked at me happily. "Oh sure!" I smiled at her. Koala was happy "Oh! Sabo would you like to join us?", Sabo shook his head no, "No thank you I have to go help Dragon with something". Sabo went back inside the ship.

"Hm weird Sabo usually never turn down an invitation, eh probably nothing, as he said he needs to help Dragon" Koala said as she looked at me with a smile. I smile back as I was excited to get to know more about Koala.

We finally arrived at the Island as we dock in. "I see that we made it to this Island" Dragon was outside looking at the Island. Sabo stood next to Dragon as they began to discuss something that I couldn't hear. "Y/n ready to get off the ship?" Koala ask as she was ready to go. "Hm oh yeah I'm ready!" We both exited the ship as we step on the sand. "Well where should we explore first?" Koala was looking around. "Hm how about in there?" I pointed at the forest where I saw the small figure ran inside there. "Ouu yeah ok!" Koala said excitedly.

Sabo pov

I saw Koala and Y/n happily going inside the forest together and I felt a bit angry that Koala gets to hang out with Y/n. But I didn't say anything to them since I didn't want to ruin their fun and I only wanted to hang out with Y/n but Koala wanted to hang out with them. So I just let her hang out with them since all she wanted to do is to get to know them.. right? Thats all, just trying to get to know them nothing more.. I hope. I sigh as I went to help out Dragon with something important. But I couldn't help but to think about Y/n and how they are doing, are they safe? Do they need help? Probably not since Koala is with them. "Hellooooo Sabo? Are you on earth??" I didn't notice Ivankov was trying to get my attention. "H-Huh? Oh! I'm ok" I smiled. Dragon and Ivankov was looking at me like I was lying which I was. I sigh "Ok ok you got me there" I looked at them. "It's about the new person right?" Ivankov said. "Well yeah" I avoided eye contact with them two. "Sabo, look I know you are starting to have feelings for this kid but it's too early for this plus why not get to know them better since you only know them for about a week and a half" Dragon said as he was looking at me serious. "Ok" I said as I started to help out again. "Young Sabo having feelings for this person HEE-HAW!!!" Ivankov said. I blush when he said that. "Yeah I guess I do.."

Y/n pov

Koala and I were in the forest looking around at plants, trees, and seeing if there's anything out of the particular. "Hm look at this Y/n!" Koala showed me a weird looking animal. "Um I don't think you should touch that Koala..I don't know what kind of animal is that.." I back away a bit. Koala put the weird looking animal down as we began walking. I was wondering what was Sabo doing and how he is. I wish he joined us but he needed to help Dragon so I guess it is important for him to help him. Koala stop in her track. "Hm is everything good Koala?" I ask as she put her index finger near my mouth to make me be quiet. "I think I heard something." Koala started looking around. I started to get worried because I didn't want nothing bad to happen to us plus if something bad did happen, what will happen to us! "W-Well it's probably nothing I'm sure.. it probably was that same weird animal we s-" I was cut off as we both heard footsteps running around us.

"Who there!" Koala yelled at she was getting ready to fight. I couldn't do anything since I didn't know how to fight! I was just a villager, I sigh. I should've never came onto the ship. I look around as I saw some eyes looking at us creepily. "U-Um Koala.." I poke her shoulder and she turn around as she looked at the same direction that I was looking. "Who is that!" Koala yelled. "I don't know!!" I yelled back. I knew something bad was going to happen to us. I just didn't want to know what it was or when it going to happen. I just hope Sabo comes to save us if not then we are so dead.
