Crows and Sunsets (Sabo x Reader)

Kids??

Koala and I were being surrounded by people who were hiding behind the bushes and trees. I try to see who was hiding and how many were there. But I couldn't count how many were there because they were moving around and it was hard to count. "There's a lot of them" Koala said as she was still in her fighting stance trying to figure out how many were there too. "Yeah they keep moving around" I didn't know what to do, so I just grab a rock nearby to protect myself.

A person came out of the bushes to show themselves and it was a small kid. "A kid?" Koala stop being in her fighting stance as she looked at the small kid. "What's a kid doing in the forest?" I ask Koala, "Don't know.." Koala said as she crouch down to the kid. "Hello, what are you doing here and who are those people hiding behind the bushes and trees?" Koala waited for an answer. I watched her as she was talking to the kid and it looked like that one figure that I saw far away when I was on the ship.

"My friends and I were just wanted to know who are you and why are you here?" The kid asked us. I looked at the kid as I said "We just landed here not too long ago and we wanted to explore this place" The kid looked at me and Koala as it looked like the kid didn't trust us.

Koala whispered to me "Uh I think he doesn't trust us at all." I whisper back "Yeah it seems like it" The kid said "You know I can hear you two right?" Koala smiles sheepishly as I awkwardly laugh. The kid just stared at us like we're a new species of human beings. Another kid then came out, it was a small girl."Maybe we can trust them!" The girl said it happily. The kid looked at her, and said "We can't, we don't know who they are or what they want. Maybe they're enemies.." The kid made it obvious he didn't trust us. The girl just facepalm. As she said "Look at them! One of them has a freaking rock and they look like they cannot fight!" I knew they were talking about me since I had a rock in my hand. How embarrassing I really need to learn how to fight.

Maybe I can ask Sabo to teach me, I wouldn't mind it at all really. More time to get to know him and to spend time with him. Sounds nice to be honest.

The kid sighed as he said "True but still we cannot let our guard down at all." Koala then try to convince them we were just exploring and not trying to do anything horrible to them. But nothing could convince the kid but girl seem to trust us but the kid, nope nothing he's like a rock. The kid then suddenly did some weird hand signals.

Suddenly more kids came out. And then we were knock out cold, out of nowhere..

How unexpected really..

The kid pov

I did the hand signals to tell the rest of the kids to come out and knock out the two people. As they were knock out we didn't know what to do, I wanted to leave them here so they can be eaten or found but some of the other kids wanted to take them back to our place.

I sigh in frustration and I decide to do a vote or something. And of course more kids voted to take them back to our place so I had no choice but to do so. "Ok guys, you five get that one" I said as I pointed at the person with h/c "And us five get this lady" I said as I pointed at the light brownish-orange hair with golden goggles. We then took them back to our place as the rest of the kids followed.

We made it back as we place them on two beds. "I can't believe we brought them here.." I said. Then the rest of the kids went back to their home or doing something else as I stayed here to watch them in case they wake up and try to do something funny. The girl stay and as I remember her name was Anna, I forget peoples names easily. I never really talked to her much since I was too busy doing my own things and keeping strangers away from our homes.

Anna looked at the two people who were knock out cold as she said "Why don't you trust anyone, Satori." I didn't expect her to ask me that. I said "Because you never know what people might do and they can be evil." Anna nodded as she understood what I meant.

It was silence for a while and the two people began to wake up. I stared at the two people as the woman with light brownish-orange hair sat up as she said "Ugh, what happened?" Anna responded quickly before I could say anything "Oh! We knock you two out!" The woman yelled in surprise as she said "What?! Really?!" Anna and I nodded.

The person with h/c sat up as they rub their eyes. As they said "Kids really knocked us out huh?" The women nodded. I sigh. I just hope they don't do anything bad to us or our homes I thought to myself.

Y/n pov

I woke up as I kinda remember what happened a bit but I needed to make sure it wasn't a dream or anything. As I was about to sit up, I  heard Koala said "Ugh, what happened?" Then the girl said "Oh! We knock you two out!" Koala then yelled unexpectedly "what?! Really?!" I sat up as I rub my eyes making go sure it wasn't a dream or anything once, I open them it wasn't a dream as I thought.

And I said "Kids really knocked us out huh?" Koala nodded. I then looked at the kid. "Where are we?" The kid looked at us and said "At our place" I looked around the house as it was neat and clean, also there were some plants growing inside the home from outside. I wonder if it's safe to be here with these children. I wonder if Sabo and them can find us or if we can get out of here safely. Wait a minute.. Wait children?!?! I just realized they're children?!?

Another chapter done! This chapter was a bit rushed.
Anyways I'm back after 5 months.
I forgot I made this book but I'm back at it again! I'll try and post a chapter once or twice a week or three times if I feel like it.
