This is quite the change of pace, a large city. You can hear cars driving by, and people chatting. Although it is night, many seem to be awake. You stood still on the sidewalk, taking in your surroundings. You were used to everything being empty and quiet, it was nice to have some other people around. You walked by a café, a hair salon, and other popular places. Despite the noisy city, you still felt somewhat isolated. Everything just seemed to go on without you, no matter how you interacted with your environment. You strolled along the side of the road for longer. You attempted to brush against someone as they walked beside you, but you went through them, just as you had with the dog.

You tried to socialize with someone, "Hello? Can you hear me..?", but to no avail as they didn't seem to acknowledge you. You tried something else, such as jumping in the road. Cars didn't stop or swerve though, they just went right through you. You walked back to where all the buildings were, attempting to look at your reflection in the window. Your skin was ghostly pale, and bandages covered your face. You swore you had remembered yourself differently. Before you could get a closer look, all the windows started crackling and breaking. Your ears rung loudly, then you clung your hands to your head. Then you heard beeping and whispering.
