Know that my love is unconditional
It doesn't come with stipulations
We don't have to be married, in a relationship, or even on good terms for me to still love you
My love is just that,
Pure and solid.
Know that I don't have to possess you to love you.
But that my love remains regardless
My love is free-flowing like the ocean waves
My love persists beyond the role you're designated to play in this chapter of my life.
I love you throughout the different stages together or apart.
It's not dependent upon what role you play because I love you enough to hold you close and I love you enough to let you go should you ever need it.
