Chapter 16: Stairs

he was there standing right in front of me looking straight not blinking an eye and I couldn't even say a thing "yah jong in aaah whats wrong do you know her?" chen then asked clearly confused at what was happening.

 jong in just stared at me not saying anything then he said "a....aniii I just...just uhh I think I saw her somewhere before" what? doesn't he remember me?but instead of saying anything I just stayed silent.

"aaaah jinja? eodi?? haha never mind seems like you cant remember anything anyway"chen said while smiling. we all went back to our own apartments then I suddenly sat on the floor I didn't realized that my heart was beating so fast.....

after we all ate our snacks we all prepared to sleep this time around naeun is my room mate since there were 3 rooms and they arranged it by age and both naeun and I are in the middle.

I lay on my bed trying to sleep by closing my eyes but I couldn't sleep. why did he say that he didn't know me? did he forget me already? he must have....or did he not recognize me?

I was home alone today since the other members were filming oh my school and namjoo went somewhere with her mom I didn't go to the filming since I hurt my leg while walking the other day so cant run but I can walk.

I got really bored at around 6 in the evening so I decided to go out to the convenience store to buy some triangle  kimbap. I climed down the stairs until level 6 since I cant use the elevator until that floor cause they were doing some renovating since this was an old building.

I took the elevator at level 6 and went down after I bought some triangle kimbap I went to the elevator and got off at level 6.

while I was climbing the stairs I found it hard since it was easier going down than up.as I reached level 13 my right leg was starting to hurt so as I tried to shift my weight to my left foot I lost my balance and fell.

 as I was falling I knew that If I fall it was the end for me so I closed my eyes tight but suddenly felt something or someone catch me from behind "aaaaaaaaaah"I screamed at the top of my lungs then stopped when I realized someone was caught me.

when I turned around I found a very familiar face looking at me with wide eyes then I stared back looking deep into his eyes for recognition the way he looked at me.

 I knew it....

I knew it he knew that it was me.then we both just stared into each others eyes for a long time so I decided to break the silence and speak up"uuuuh..uh... ku....kum....kamsahamnida"I was confused if I was gonna use formal or informal speech but decided to use formal.

he looked startled seeing me use formal speech then he said"its been a long time right? no kwenchana? noh apa?" I was caught off guard because he was so calm.

I wanted to shout at him why didn't he contact me after that? why did he pretend that he didn't know me in front of his brother I had  a lot of questions I wanted to ask no kwenchana? where have you been? did you think of me even once?was it you who I saw in our debut day?
