Chapter 7 friends?

I'm sitting here outside of the convenience store where we bought ramen last time waiting for jong in to buy coffee inside.He came out with coffee in both of his hands and he gave me one of them he said"here be careful its hot"it's the first thing he said to me after asking me to walk with him.I don't know why he didn't bring up the topic before but I'm glad that he didn't.

I didn't want us to be awkward so I said" hey forget about before I didn't mean to avoid you I was...just...I don't know..."jong in looked at me and said" it's okay I understand you.....from now on let's be friends and don't avoid each other ,okay?" friends I'm okay with that so I said" okay.... friend. lets not be separated and lets protect each other" he took my hand and shook it.

his hand felt warm and I felt his fingers brush my palms as he let go.we went back to our dormitory and as we reached our door I said" umm bye" and I waved my hand and he said "bye see you tomorrow " so I went in my room to find chorong unnie already sleeping so I went and changed my clothes and slept.

the next weeks we all did the same routine we all stayed in our practice rooms like its our home. jong in and I spent a lot of time together with his dorm mates we all became friends together with bomi and chorong unnie.I'm in the dorm room right now playing with my phone when suddenly I received a text from jong in it said meet me at the emergency exit stairs right now..."I replied with okay and went down my bed and went to the stairs when I opened the door I saw jong in sitting on the stair with his phone in his hand.

I don't know why but he looked sad I wonder what happened so I came near him. he quickly stood up when he saw me and hugged me tightly "jo...jong in what's wrong?"he just hugged me and said with a strained voice" sorry...sorry eun ji sorry....."what why was he saying sorry did he do something so I nervously said"wh....why?"jong in then released me and looked into my eyes and said"the...the company said that we will be moving to a different place and a different branch of cube eun ji we wont be able to meet each other" then suddenly I felt my heart drop"o...okay..."I said while running away into my room while holding my tears.

I quickly shut the door behind me and sat down while crying on the floor "eun ji ahhhh are you okay why are you crying?" I heard bomi saying while hugging me.then chorong unnie said" what happened? are you okay don't cry eun ji aaahh" chorong unnie also sat beside me and touched my head she said "hey are you okay your burning hot you have a fever eun ji yahhh quickly lay on the bed" huh I couldn't understand what she was saying but we quickly stood up we were almost at the bed when I heard the knock on the door I couldn't make out who it was because before we reached bomi's bed my vision blurred and darkness filled the room.
