The city buzzed with energy, a constant flow of movement and noise that seemed to envelop everything in its wake. I look outside the window and leave out a sigh !The decision to move to a different city leaving New York behind had been a daunting one for me . As we drove through the winding roads that stretched out before us, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease settling in the pit of my stomach. The landscape outside the car window changed gradually, morphing from the familiar sights and sounds of New York into something altogether Greenwich Ct.

With each passing mile, I found myself grappling with a whirlwind of emotions – excitement mingled with fear, hope intertwined with doubt. The prospect of starting fresh in a new place held a certain allure, a chance to leave behind the ghosts of the past and embrace the promise of a brighter future. As the city entry board welcomed us loomed in the distance, my heart raced with anticipation. This was it – the beginning of a new chapter in my life!

We reached our new house as I stood in the doorway of our new home a rush of emotions washed over me. The familiar scent of fresh paint mingled with the anticipation of new beginnings, filling me with a sense of excitement tinged with nostalgia. With the final box unpacked and the furniture in place, I stood in the center of my new bedroom, surveying the blank canvas before me. As a single child, this room was mine and mine alone, a space where I could truly express myself and find solace amidst the chaos of moving to a new state.

I started by positioning my bed against the far wall,The soft comforter and fluffy pillows beckoned me to sink into their embrace, promising a restful night's sleep after long day of settling in.

Next, I set up my desk near the window, facing outwards towards the view of the backyard. On the opposite wall, I arranged a bookshelf filled with my favorite novels . Each book held a story, a piece of myself that I carried with me wherever I went. And as I traced my fingers along the spines, I felt a sense of comfort wash over me, knowing that I was surrounded by the familiar comforts of home.

Finally, I adorned the walls with photographs and artwork, each one a snapshot of the memories I had made and the places I had been. They served as reminders of the life I had lived before, a bridge between my past and my present as I embarked on this new chapter of my life in Greenwich and getting into Manhattanville university which apparently starts from tomorrow.

It was almost night and outside, the world seemed to grow still, as if holding its breath in anticipation of the night's embrace. And as I surrendered to the gentle pull of slumber, I felt a sense of peace wash over me, knowing that I was safe and secure in my own little corner of the world that is my room and I slowly drift into sleep for my first day in University.

The shrill sound of my alarm shattered the my sleep. I fumbled for the snooze button, reluctantly acknowledging the arrival of a new day.

With a groan, I swung my legs out of bed, my feet finding their way to the cool wooden floor beneath me. As I rose to my feet, a rush of anticipation flooded my senses – today was the first day of university! Quickly I made my way to the bathroom, splashing my face with cold water in an effort to banish the last traces of drowsiness. The mirror reflected back a face filled with excitement and nervous energy, a reflection of the conflicting emotions swirling within me.

After a quick shower and a hurried breakfast, I dressed in my finest attire, carefully selecting an outfit that struck the perfect balance between casual and comfort . As I slipped into my shoes and gathered my belongings, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement bubbling up inside me. With my backpack slung over my shoulder and my heart pounding with anticipation, I got into the car it was 12min drive and here we are as I crossed the threshold of the university gates, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of fellow students, I felt a surge of confidence and fear wash over me. With a nervous smile on my lips, I took my first steps into the unknown.
