IT'S 7:49 in the morning and I'm already contemplating to jump off the roof. I arrived at the coordinate which is a public playground. I look around for any signs of human only to be greeted of the morning wind of nothingness that led me to enter and put on the passcode for the secret tunnel.
I landed on the ground with my suit on. Rudy greeted me as we both walked to the groups of other agents waiting for Ali and Alicia to come. The chattering was in every corner of the room peaking of curiosity. That also reminds me of the comb I found the day before yesterday, leading me to Jet.
"Hey" I nudge his shoulder. He turned around a cocky smirk only to be greeted with me grunting.
"What do you need pretty lady? Finally want to go on a date with me-" I cut him off.
"Not a chance" I answer strictly. He would always hit on me everytime he can which can be annoying as hell but I can't lie, I love the attention he's giving me. He's like a lost puppy begging for a master to pick him up.
"Anyways, I found this in the cafeteria at HQ, this yours?" I asked him as I hold the comb on my palm.
"I was sick for the whole week doll face" I mentally recoiled at the nickname.
"How could I leave such a thing at the HQ if i wasn't there, plus I would never use that chess looking thing" Jet said in addition. I rolled my eyes and walked away while putting the comb back into my pocket.
"So da-"
"No."
I yelled at him back. Ali and Alicia then arrived right on time as we start our tracks along the corridor with Alicia as we talked about methods for us to use against each agent.
As we talk, the door at the end open to the sight of the bright sky and the Arena. I was impressed at the architectures.
"There's capture points! You guys wanna test our powers?" Jet pointed out excitedly.
"That's a great idea! It's been a long time since we've been in action" Mika starts warming up her body.
"Yeah no, later we'll get punished again like the last time we did this" Chris rejected the idea. I mean, he have rights though to refuse after what happened.
