A TWISTED CACKLE FILLED THE warm air of the night like the shrill echo of a predator calling out a warning, its sound a thrilling mix of hysterical and downright frightening as it bounced off the walls of one of Tokyo's supposedly busiest train station but unfortunately for them—empty. Not a single soul moved about the vicinity, crowds had been evacuated rather quickly before the two had arrived, only the empty shuffling of trash and skittering critters left in their wake. The unmistakable sound of sirens echoed around them in the distance—getting closer by the second much to their obvious pleasure." 'Kuna, they evacuated everyone! I never thought Shinjuku Station would look so empty." She whined, another cackle spilling from her rouge-stained lips at the hilariously empty station. So much for fun. "I thought no one knew we were coming'? Who snitched, should we kill 'em?"
The girl sat atop the roof of an empty train car, legs swinging as she huffed rather childishly, a mischievous twinkle shining in her eyes as her thick lashes lowered to the tattooed man who stood below her. The train station was considered one of Japan's busiest spots—yet there was not a single soul in sight as the two surveyed their surroundings.
"We've been having fun all week. Nothing changed, and it doesn't hinder any of our plans." He smirked up at her, letting loose a sigh of his own. "Less deaths sure, but you know it'll still be fun."
The two had been wreaking absolute chaos over the last week in Tokyo. Bank robberies, the occasional carjacking, random arson, not to mention messing with the city's most notorious yakuza members—spilling blood all along the way. It was the most fun she'd had since arriving in Tokyo, after having spent the last few years in near hiding the new change of pace was positively thrilling. Yet today would be the most fun, their last big bang, literally—all in an attempt to bring the attention of the very highly classified crime unit of Japan, or more specifically, Satoru Gojo.
