I am greeted by the sun entering Lando's room. I sigh briefly and then turn around and see Lando sleeping. How cute, I could look at that all day long. And now that he's not awake, take a moment to check that no one has noticed anyway.
"You're not allowed to stare," he says, and I'm shocked
"I've been awake for a while" Lando says and I nod
"Do you have a hangover or is it not too bad?" Lando asks and I shake
"It's not too bad luckily" I say and Lando nods
Will you be there next race?" Lando asks and shakes my head no
"I'm in Miami again" I say and Lando nods
"Alone or with Josh" He asks and I swallow softly
"Alone, Josh will do something with his ex" I say and Lando looks at me questioningly
"He's been cheating for a while" I say and Lando puts his hand on my shoulders
"Grace you deserve so much better" Lando says and smiles at him
"I don't know, Lando," I say and lean against his arm
"There are plenty of men who want you" Lando says and I smile softly at him
"Yes, but I don't want them" I say and look at Lando
You know what, fuck it, I think Lando is handsome, there is a feeling between us. And Josh is also cheating, why can't I just put my head somewhere else for a while?
I grab Lando's head and kiss him. Lando obliges but pulls him onto my lap and kisses me. I put my arms around him and pull myself towards him. How does this feel so much better than kissing Josh? Lando is a much better kisser than Josh.
"What was this?" Lando laughs and places his hand on my cheek
"I just wanted it" I laugh. Lando chuckles
"I better go, fly back to England in 5 hours" I say and climb out of bed
"Just keep it on," Lando says and grab my dress
"Thx" I say and leave the room
I ask for a new pass and when I get to my hotel room, quickly pack everything and go to the taxi
