Regrets Or Opportunities (Sonadow)

Chapter 1

-Sonic's POV-

"Sonic!" A loud wisper called for my name. I knew exactly who it was, Shadow. My tail started wagging, out of excitement, hearing that deep voice just brings shivers down my spine. It was pitch black in my room, so all I could hear was Shadow. He was probably at his usaul spot, the window, waiting for me to come. "I thought said you'd be ready, why are you in your bed?"

"Sorry! I kinda... maybe... well..." I tryed to think of an excuse, but I gave up trying. "I forgot about our date." Shadow sighed, and turned on the light to my room.

"Faker, you know how hard it is for us to go out. And when we do you always forget!" Shadow growled. I slowly got up from the bed, and walked up to him. Crimsion eyes were staring at my movements, I placed my hand on his chest. I carefully brought my head on his cheast fur, while looking down at the ground.

"I'm sorry... I try to be good boyfriend, but it's hard when we have to keep it a secret. I have to be apart of everyone's life, especially Tails." I wispered, feeling guilty that I forgot about my date with Shadow. He started stroking me, and pulled me closer with his hands. My whole face was buried in Shadow's chest fur. I blushed, but luckly, Shadow couldn't see it. "You know... maybe it would be easier if we..."

"We what, Sonic?" Shadow questioned, he sounded angry, but also a bit curious. I looked up at his face, are eyes meeting each other.

"What if we tell the others?" I asked, which I instantly regret asking. As fast as the fastest thing alive, (ME!) Shadow flipped me around and pinned me to the wall. He was glaring at me like a bull. His hands, pulled out a chaos emerald.

"CHAOS CONTROL!" Shadow yelled, we appered at his dorm, in his room. I was still pinned to the wall. "Sonic you know the answer. NO. We can not tell the others. All we are rivals in there eyes, and once they learn we are gay!!! Do I even need to continue?!" Shadow wispered/yelled, he was making sure not to wake up Rouge, who was sleeping next door. I sighed.

"I'm sorry." I apolgized, "I should really stop acting like an idiot." Shadow's grip become tighter. He kissed my lips, which probably ment he forgave me.

"It's ok." Shadow replied, "Anyway lets go to bed. Since you forgot about our date night, we can have fun in the bed." Shadow pointed to the bed, and smirked.

"Umm... Can we do something else, like a game?" I asked, with pleaded eyes. Our orginal plan was to go for a walk in the forest, but because I forgot we can't. Shadow has early GUN traning, so we wanted to go early. Now I feel even worse, Shadow must have waited for ages out there. We wanted to visit our "little hideout", which was where we hang out, it's also really quiet because of how deep in the forest it is. That's also where Shadow asked me out.

*Flashback*

I was on a morning run, but instead of the canyons, I ran in the forest. It was quiet and just gorgeous out. The end of summer was near, so the weather wasn't as hot. The leafs had a deap green color, and the bushes were full of ripe berries. No mobaians were out here, just little critters. The forest was filled with grass, everything just fell into place. It looked like a painting, so perfect. I kept running. I must run here more often. There was a slight breeze but it felt perfect with the slighty hot air. There were even caves, you could explore. I saw a rocky area, with a small hole were water was coming out of and pouring into the river. It was a waterfall. Amazing.

That's when I noticed something else. It was an entire grassy patch, shaped into a circle. Trees surrounded the circle. The only thing in the circle, was a huge tree. The tree was also a climbing tree. If you looked up, you could see the tree, but if you climbed the tree, you could see everything. I'm gonna climb that tree.
