3 | surprise it's him!

the day has come. the day he was so longing for so much. the day he will meet choi beomgyu again. kang taehyun never woke up so early before. for some reason he couldn't sleep that night. how he thanked god for giving him another chance to mend his mistakes. and this time, this lifetime, he will make sure, beomgyu, the person he loves will never feel alone and lonely. he will make beomgyu feel loved, stay by his side all the time and not repeat his mistakes again.

the sun was up and light rays reached his room through the blinds of the window. the scenario was so pretty in taehyun's eyes. for some reason he felt happy, an emotion he wasn't able to feel for so long.

but he still wondered something. what happened to him and everybody in his past life? did seohyun get arrested? did his mother come back to korea? what about kai? how would he feel when he finds out that his best friend is dead?

taehyun felt like choking seohyun and at the same time he felt thankful. he deserved his death. he never once felt fully alive after beomgyu was gone from his life. since he didn't had the courage to do give up on his life, someone had to do it for him.

in amidst of his thoughts, there was a 'ting' sound coming from his phone. taehyun peeked into his phone.

'a message from shithead'

"fuck. who was 'shithead' again?"

man did i just text someone without having any idea about them.

"weird"

he then peeked into the clock. it was 6:30 am. college was in 8. he woke pretty much way early.
thinking that him mum was still asleep, he went over to his study table and grabbed the diary and his glasses. he opened the page that beared today's date. he wanted to know what events happened earlier.

he read. his eyes focused.

taehyun had a pretty normal day. but he was tired, way tired to even talk to anybody at the lunch break. he just fainted the day before and was too weak by now. he had no energy at all. he got worried faces and everyone would ask him the same question, "are you okay?". he didn't feel like eating so he decided to go to the library, a place where he usually goes to avoid unnecessary drama that happens at the canteen where everyone just chit chats to each other. he only had kai to eat beside him. but today, kai was busy. he was assigned on some extra work, so he wasn't to be seen around. at the library, he took out one of his favourite book yet again.

harry potter of course.

he grabbed a chair and sat. eyes fixed on the book.

"excuse me?", someone called out.

"yes?", he replied, head fixed on the book, unbothered to even look at the person's face.

"mind if i sit here pretty boy?"

"huh?", taehyun lifted his head up to look at the stranger. confused as to why someone who he never met would call him a 'pretty boy'.
