I was sitting in the planning room, going over a few suggestions for Jericho.

This place was old as hell, I have no clue how it's even standing anymore. It's a good retreat, but we won't need this place anymore once these androids clear out.

Im going to miss Jericho.

"Markus?" Simon knocked on the doorway and stepped inside

"Hey, Simon." I gave him a smile, he returned it.

"We mended the wall, it's not to strong but we had a blow torch, so we melted the mettle together and it's in place"

"That works just fine, thank you Simon."

"Yeah, don't sweat it. Also, North says there's something off about one or two of the people here? I think you should check it out.

I rolled my eyes, "She's just being overdramatic, she's scared, that's all."

"Yes but, you should still look, you know?"

"Fine."

"Thanks, Markus."

I heard a noise come from Hanks bedroom, I quickly powered back on, looking down the hallway just to see him getting ready for the day.

"You're awake?"

"Yeah, to tired to sleep. Somehow."

"I've done a search on the news, it says the actual officers are being put on patrol to aresst or do anything needed to capture the.. corrupted people."

"Already? I thought that was more of a uh.. army thing?"

"I guess it's contained."

"Maybe."

I felt alot better now, my stress levels haven't gone above 30% yet today, which I'm very fond of.

But at the same time, I've only been fully conscious for a few minutes.

"See? What's that supposed to be?" North pointed out.

"I- It could be anything north-"

"No! It's definitely corruption, like what we have seen outside!"

I looked back to the girls injury, the skin nanites around the area faded away, showing the material underneath.

Her arm had a black ring around where she was attacked, that must be the source of the corruption.

"Okay north.. if you're right, then what should we do?" I asked.

"Get rid of her, obviously!"

'We can't rush into that, is there any other option? Like containing her somewhere?"

"We can always use an empty room?" Simon suggested.

"I guess that would work, but Markus, I think it's best that we just get rid of her."

"I think it's best we dint risk our people until we know it's to late."

"You're putting all of us at risk!"

"Quiet north, I'm bringing her to confinement."

I walked past her and Simon, leading the girl with me.
