Clarke Pov

I listen to Nightingale by Demi Lovato as I lay on my bed, I change the song to Human by Christina Perri as I get up and dressed. I walk to the pack house, I have to tell Derek how I feel, I walk inside an open his office door to see Derek and Carly making out on his desk, I shut the door and ran, I ran out of the pack house and into the woods, my heart pounding as tears roll down my cheeks, I felt like I was leaving a part of me behind the further I ran.

I trip over an curl up in a ball, I hear footsteps an look up to see a large brown wolf with red eyes, I quickly stood up as it snarls at me and I scream as loud as I could when it tackled me back to the ground and bites deep into my shoulder...

Mia Pov

I hear a faint scream as I do my normal jog through the woods, I follow the thick scent of fresh blood and gasp as I find Clarke, deep gashes covering her body, blood everything, claw marks on her face, neck an leg, I hear a heartbeat as I knelt down, tears filled my eyes as I mind link the pack and picked her up, I ran back home to see Derek and some pack warriors waiting, I didn't mention who it was.

"Shit, Clarke!" Derek says stroking her cheek and took her from my arms, he takes her to the pack doctor as the pack warriors check the woods to make sure whatever attacked Clarke is gone. I walk inside an to my room, Rick was still asleep in my bed, I lean down and softly kiss his cheek before I went to see Derek who said Clarke walked in on him and Carly.

I slapped him an he was confused as I why I did "she likes you, obviously" I said annoyed at my idiot brother, he's face dropped "now it makes sense" He says sighing an sat against the wall just outside the room where Clarke was being attended too by the doctor, I sat with him "what do you mean?" I ask curiously "nothing" He murmurs rubbing his face.

"She'll be fine" the pack doctor says making us both look up, we didn't notice him there, we stood up "is she awake?" I ask biting my lip "yes but she's exhausted and weak so don't ask too many questions and let her rest" He says sternly an let us in.

I weakly open my eyes an see Mia and Derek "what attacked you?" Mia asks softly "a wolf, red eyes" I murmur sleepily as I close my eyes again "let her sleep" Derek says an I open my eyes to see Mia leave an Derek sat on the side of the hospital bed "why were you at the pack house?" He asks frowning "you" I say weakly "why?" He asks sadly "because I like you" I said softly.

"I know you saw me and Carly" He says sighing "it doesn't matter" I mutter bitterly as I look away from him, I hear him sigh an felt him kiss my head before he left, the door shut and I fell to sleep thinking about Derek...
