"L-Let go!" i said trying to yank my arm back.

He looked at me and had a stern expression on his face.

"No." he coldly responded back.

"I-" before i could speak he yanked my arm and pulled me into his arms, then putting his hand over my mouth.

"We will be leaving now.. have a good day klee." diluc said with a stern tone, before going and walking away.

He let go of me and i pushed him back.

"What was that diluc?!" i madly said, staring at him

he looked at me and sighed.

"I cant have you going into someone else's house.. no matter if they are a kid or not." he said leaning in closer to me.

I pulled away quickly and stared at him.

"No, That's it.. You may have "saved me" but that doesn't mean you get to control what i do!" i said crossing my arms.

"Well.. Fine." he started to walk away.

I quickly went dumbfounded and then stared at his back that was facing me.

"What?" i asked, only to be met with a slight glance of him.

He chuckled.

"I thought you wanted me to leave? just so i won't keep controlling you that is.." he said turning his back towards me again

"I never said that..! i just said that i didn't like you controlling me." i placed my hands on my hips.

"Well.. If i'm around i can't help myself" he said chuckling and turning to face towards me.

"What does that mean exactly.." i said with a slight glare.

He walked towards me and leaned in close to me, our lips inches apart from on another.

"I mean.. I feel as if i have to save you and protect you.. it's hard just to not right? someone as.. cute as you.." he said with a smirk

I blushed and stared into his eyes, almost going to lean closer in, before pulling away.

I cleared my throat before speaking "w-what do you mean by that exactly diluc!?" I mutter with a slight blush.

Before he could get another word out someone came and quickly snatched me away.

"Diluc!" i yelled, extending my hand out towards him.

"Y/N!"

i saw him trying to run after me, but someone stopping him quickly, the last thing i heard was a scream.

A few hours later, i hadn't even known who still kidnapped me, but it was like a faint blur.

I woke up in a dark room, laying on a bed that i can barely feel, my body hurt.

"H-Hello..?" i muttered, squinting my eyes a bit, still somewhat asleep.

My body felt so sore, like someone had just broken my bones and fixed them back together.

A voice came up from beside me and grabbed my waist, pulling me against them.

"Shh.. go back to sleep.." the voice muttered, keeping a tight grip on my waist.

I recognized the voice and immediately started to have slight tears running down my face.

I was right back to square one.

I wasn't ever gonna escape from him was i?

I was going to have to live my life.. with him.

The guy rolled his eyes and leaned up, causing me to roll over onto my back to try and get a good look at his face.

I knew it was him tho, why would i need to?

He leaned over me and smirked, staring into my eyes.

"I finally found you, after all this time." he said with a slight chuckle.

I nodded my head and frowned a bit.

Why did i feel like.. i missed him?

He leaned down and kissed me, but not even a rough one, just a sweet and gentle peck on my lips.

Why was he being so gentle with me? he was never like this before.

He wiped my tears with his thumb and smiled softly at me.

"I don't want to hurt you y/n." he said looking into my eyes.

I hesitated to speak, scared of whatever i was gonna say, scared that if i said something.. I would actually start to love him again.

i placed my hand on his cheek and smiled a bit.

I spoke in a raspy voice, almost losing my voice in the process."I.. i missed you."

I woke up from my dream, sitting in dilucs arms, while he leaned against a tree.

I smiled and happily hugged him.

I'm happy i wasn't in scaramouches arms.

I'm happy i'm in dilucs.
